“Although we appreciated being upgraded to a two-bedroom on the top floor - much better views of the unexpected snowfall, it would have been helpful to know that nothing in the hotel or surrounding area was open.....no breakfast, no restaurants. Frozen pizza from the Dollar General and Subway footlongs at the gas station were all we had to eat. The property was very nice, though. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our newly remodeled room was very roomy and well-kept.”

“the condo looked like the picture. We were there during shoulder season between mt. biking and skiing so nothing was open except, on occasion, the bar. Bring groceries if off-season! Code to condo worked well. Batteries in remote controls (including ceiling fans and lights) were missing and some light bulbs missing from lamps. Could not find the parking pass. Pool access card was on wall as indicated and worked well. Kitchen utensil inventory was good. Would come again.”

“I personally appriciated the cat firendliness, i wasnt able to leave my kitten home & there were hardly any areas on the mountain top that allowed cats (the price for it was super affordable too!) Beautiful location, private parking, very quiet, and loved the indoor fireplace with ample firewood & kindling right across the parking lot. Also a huge plus was the jetted bathtub, it was awesome! If your visiting the area i would grealty recommend this place.”

“Very nice place. Check in procedure was simple and explained very well in the welcome packet. The condo was very well stocked with the essentials ie paper products, pots, pans, dishes, some spices and trash bags. We had plenty of room and our kids had their own space. It is a short walk to the village (1/2 mile) and just far enough away to have some quiet time. If you're renting this in the summer, take fans as there is no AC. Being in a mountain community, AC isn't normally a necessity but we...

“Great location. All as advertised...beds comfortable (but LOW), condo solid quality, nothing fancy. Lockers very easy to use. Only read knock on place is there's no garaged parking. Road to front door was snowy and cars were getting stuck so we just walked our stuff down. No big deal if you're up for it but could be a deal breaker if you're not.”

“We loved this condo while visiting Snowshoe! When we arrived we had realized that we forgot our son’s sleeping arrangements. I texted Mari and she was able to find me a pack-n-play within two hours and had it delivered to the room. Exceptional communication, comfortable beds, and an overall great place for bringing friends and family together. Thank you!”

“The owner of the place we stay was awesome he answered questions very quickly and very nice person to deal with. But the people that works upfront of the resort was very awful they couldn’t answer any questions they act like they didn’t want to be there that what it made it very bad. “I have stayed in this building in another unit last year. I love that the unit was updated & bright. I love the remodel making the bathroom, laundry one 1 area. We love that there is the shuttle to The Village for free & there is plenty of restaurants to choose from. The unit was very clean & had everything needed for a weekend trip. I would stay here again! ”
