“The property was small and quaint for a couple just looking to get away from everything and just relax. The access to and from the beach was a breeze. Everything listed was as is and very cozy. Couldn't have asked for anything more.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Gina's place, located conveniently near everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Very comfortable accommodations and beautifully decorated with Gina's original paintings. Added bonus for us was daily visits from her two friendly, adorable and talkative cats. Highly recommend this quiet, cozy place.”

“We stayed with our cat for 2 weeks. It was immaculate. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a safe area. Check-in was flawless and the owner Carmen responded to our questions promptly. The kitchenette was adequately stocked and bathroom and toiletries were plenty. Everything you would also want was available. Beach chairs, umbrella a hose to clean everything. “A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. “Unit was new and updated. Very clean and well maintained. Pool and grounds were in excellent shape also and well maintained. We even met the owners who were staying in the next unit. Very nice folks and open on communicating everything we needed to check in/out and any other questions we had.”

“The unit I stayed in, was perfect in every way for me. I needed a time out, for a few days, in a beautiful setting, and my expectations, were met. The location, is perfect, I felt very comfortable, ordering food, or driving to pick something up. Everything, from the beach, shops, food, etc, is nearby. “The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!”
