“The property was small and quaint for a couple just looking to get away from everything and just relax. The access to and from the beach was a breeze. Everything listed was as is and very cozy. Couldn't have asked for anything more.”

“I was down looking at various properties ti purchase fir my wife and I. Laurie's place was right between the areas we were looking in, close to Venice and Englewood. The unit was clean, neat, stocked with necessities like coffee, tea and accessories. Ahe even bought a camping cot to accomodate a friend of mine from Michigan that has a place in Clearwater for a night. It is now available in the Goose's Shed for othwrs.Great stay and attentive hist.others. ”

“My husband and I came to Punta Gorda for some medical procedures I needed. When we had to stay longer for medical reasons, Maggie was very helpful. We truly appreciate all the help we got so we didn’t have to move. This is a great place close to anywhere you want to go in Punta Gorda. The neighborhood is great! “A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. However, for me the main draw was just the area which offers many city...

“Super clean and cute! Spend a few days for a sisters get away, the sea kayaks were AWESOME to use, we were able to catch the sunrise and sunset and see dolphins playing. We loved the outdoor shower, beach cruisers and hammock! The location is PERFECT so close to everything in Matlacha, and the property owner and the Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, the towels were fluffy and linens were soft and clean, cant recommend enough!”

“Loved the location and amenities. Room was tiny but as others have mentioned, use of space is amazing and you do not want for anything... They have thought of it all!! We used the pool, the grill, chairs to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets and dock to fish from.... And we caught A LOT, albeit just to throw back in 😊 Will definitely be back.... Thank you for a great stay!”
