“The place is well located to all areas of Venice. The home is much homier and accommodating than expected. Pool area is great and relaxing especially after a long day out or from beach. Patrick responds very quickly when needed. ”

“I rented the property for our son and his 4 children because we did not have room for everyone to sleep at our home. We live nearby, so they had their meals at our place. They were pleased with the accommodations. Linda was quick to respond to my questions and made the process seamless. Very happy with our choice. ”

“The home is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Layout is very good. The pool was a perfect temperature everyday. Plenty of space. Very homey .”

“Had a fairly nice stay, extenuating circumstances aside. (visit ended up being bookended by 2 major storms) My main pain points came down to the pool area being rather dirty, with algae and slime on large portions of the patio. Also, I had some chats with the host prior to arriving about the state of beaches in the area... i was told that the beaches had some limited access, but that most were accessible. “We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend!”

“We had a lovely time at this property. It was very clean, large, very well decorated and had such a homey feel. We had a blast in the pool, admired the fire pit in the backyard (tho it was too hot to use it), and enjoyed the large beds in each room. The home is centrally located to all sorts of activities, and was perfect for our bridal party to crash in for a few days. A very comfortable stay! ”

“We just love staying in this home when we visit our children in Florida. It is spacious and clean and fills our every need. The covered lanai is wonderful outdoor space surrounding an awesome heated pool which has a baby fence, making us feel safe and secure with little ones running around. My son loves fishing off the dock. It is a private location in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this house!”
