“My sister and I only stayed for one night and used one of the rooms in the house but it was the perfect place to stay for the concert. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!”

“This is an amazing place to stay. The location is quiet and beautiful, the house is spacious and also cozy, and the well-equipped kitchen is such a treat.I've stayed at many different vacation rentals/rental places - this is one of the best places I've stayed. Heidi was lovely and communicative! And the view of the lake? Even in the winter it was a delight to look out from the hot tub. “The hosts were very communicative and Jess met us on arrival. The space was clean and warm upon our arrival. When I told her that I was excited for the stay especially because there was a hot tub, she told me that the hot tub was not available thru the winter (I missed that disclaimer in their listing). I think she saw right away that I was disappointed. She and Dan then went over and above to make sure we could use the hot tub after all. They treated (shocked) it and got it up to temperature...

My sisters noted that the shower curtains had pink mold and the grout needed a good cleaning, thus the 4 stars. The kitchen was well stocked, although the knives could be better with more variety. The location was perfect for walking to explore the historic downtown and to access the Lift bridge hiking trail.
