Nice property and convenient location
This property was true to the photos and was great for our needs. It was clean, however, it smelled bad when we arrived. We couldn't tell if it was stale cigarette smoke or what, but we had to go get air fresheners. The carpet was also dirty.
The other problem we encountered was tha we were not told what to do if we arrived AFTER 6 pm. We got there at 6:02 and the outside doors to the complex were locked. A resident asked if we were not given a code for a key box (Many had them in the outer lobby). We were not. Thankfully, someone coming out let us in and we were able to get into the unit at that point. We had been left 2 nice towels and washcloths on the bed. But when I looked for more for the next day, there were only old, very used ones in the closet. I do not mind re-using a towel, but not a washcloth! The toilet paper was so thin you could see through it. Honestly, we had better toilet paper in the porta potties we used. That may sound picky, but if you are going to rent a unit, do your best to make your guests comfortable, rather than cutting corners.
The bathroom was not tiny but had NO counter space at all, so nowhere to put toiletries. A few shelves placed above the commode would at least provide a place to set your make up bag, etc. Also, a towel rack next to the sink would be handy too.
We did not do any cooking, but the refrigerator was full of beer and condiments....not something you usually find in a rental.
Nice unit, just needs some tweaking!
