I loved the house. My only complaint is that one of the beds had a broken box spring and it was impossible to sleep on. We had to put the double mattress in the kids room on the floor to sleep on that. I sent a text and they returned the answer saying they were going to come and bring a new mattress by but they never did. I’m 70 years old and had to sleep on a mattress on the floor because I was the smallest single person there.

Overall this house met our needs. We loved the upstairs how open it was and the large kitchen. There is a pretty steep set of stairs to get upstairs where the main living area and two of the bedrooms are located one of which one is the master. The master bath is huge with a lovely bathtub. This house is kid friendly with everything you need to stay there I was impressed with the items they have. We were pleasantly surprised by the basket of dog items and a dog bed for pet guests. The driveway is elevated so unloading and loading was a bit of a challenge. To load we had to back our vehicles down to the bottom of the driveway to a flat area to load due to items sliding back down. The hot tub was a huge hit with the grandkids. We didn’t pay close enough attention to the pictures to notice there are power lines that pass in front of the huge windows upstairs. It made taking pictures of the beautiful sunsets a little hard.

Perfect spot for big families

Property was beautiful with unmatched views of the ocean. Short walk to beach access. Couldn’t have been better for our blended family of 9. Great spot! We will be back.

Perfect beach house

Girls weekend for 6 adults! House was perfect and had so many awesome features! It was clean and had an awesome lay out. The hot tub was perfect. Everything was very new and modern, including vitamix blender, decent knives, books. Only things that would have made it even more perfect: more wine glasses (there were only 5 and one cracked), more pans, a Bluetooth speaker, and board games! But this was still very much a 5 star house and we will be returning.

Wonderful ocean view property

Loved, loved, loved our stay at this nice home! The layout of the home was great for our families and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The ocean views from the home were wonderful and we saw surfers and whales almost every day. The front deck and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The only issue preventing a 5-star rating was the condition of the guest bed in the upper floor bedroom. The mattress foundation and mattress had issues and was very uncomfortable. I noticed a previous review indicated the same concern and it was clear it had not been addressed yet. Hopefully soon! Otherwise, this was an amazing property. Oh, and the fenced backyard was an extra bonus for our family pet!

Great modern house with best views. Need written info at house..online confusion about parking (police set because we did not know where to park..no recycling tho management told us there wwas..thermostat

So good for little kids

We love this rental. We’ve stayed here twice. Most recently with a 1 year old and 3 year old. So many baby and toddler gear items already at the house. Also so close to beach access which helps with young ones. My only complaints this time is the hot tub was very dirty and had white scum throughout it and I notice pink gunk in the bottom of the sin in drains. Needs a deep cleaning. We loved that there was a gate left for the top of the stairs but it was not even close to strong enough to keep my one year old safe from the stairs. Suggest updating that or advise guests to bring. Also this time I did message the property manager about more blankets the morning we were to check In and got no response.

Perfect for family to gather

7 adults and 4 children all gathered for Christmas. There was plenty of room for all. The house layout and accommodations are well thought out. We really liked that the TV is only downstairs in the lower living room. Plenty of room for games, puzzles while the kitchen is perfect for cooking meals large or small with everything to hand. The beds were comfy and the sheets were very nice, not scratchy as one review commented. Lots of things already provided for kids: books, toys, games and even a dog bed, dishes, poop bags and dog towels for the canine. The beach is beautiful and very close but access is via 113 steps so not super accessible for older adults or very young children. Perfect to sit and watch the waves from the comfort of the livings rooms, hot tub and deck. Strongly recommend! We will be back!!

Fantastic for families with littles

We loved loved this house for our long weekend stay at the beach. We have a 3 year old and 10 month old and the setup was fantastic for kids. Everyone had their own space. Soooo many essentials for young kids were provided like a learning tower, toy bins, books, bunk beds, high chair, pack n play and even black out shades!!!. We would love to stay again and if so I won’t need to pack near as much baby gear the next time because it’s already here. And the best part is they allowed our dog too! Beautiful home, clean and well equipped and stocked to cook all your meals there. Gorgeous ocean view in the living room windows and only a 3 minute drive to multiple beach access points. My only suggestion/improvement I would make is the sheets and blankets. There were no spare blankets in the home and the sheets were incredibly rough, like I wasn’t aware they could even make sheets so thin (and I’m no high roller) but they actually left my face scratched/irritated in the morning. I truly would bring my own set next time to put on the bed so I sleep better. Other than that the place is 12/10!!! Highly recommend and hope to be back.
