Amazing view!!
The home is spacious and has everything needed for a big group. If your a storm viewer than there is definitely a perfect view from the living room area to sit and watch it. Carpool is definitely recommended.

Christmas at the beach.
After I had already booked this rental I read some of the reviews. Most were very negative and I was seriously thinking of cancelling. We had plenty of room for all our 12 family members with plenty of activities for everyone. This rental was clean but it could use some sprucing up and a little TLC.

The property has a lovely ocean view. Its accommodations were described accurately. There were however several dirty and broken items. A deep cleaning is needed as the return air vents are filthy and the upstairs windows are so dirty you cannot see the ocean through them. The back door does not lock, some window cranks are broken. The light on the house directed to shine on the hot tub does not work. The master bedroom bedside lamp is broken. We enjoy cooking so the kitchen lacked tools and pans I consider basic. There was not enough silverware for more than 2 meals, so we ran the dishwasher more than once a day resulting in not having enough dishwasher pods as we were only provided 4 I assume based upon the number of days we stayed. Being with friends we don't see regularly we enjoyed ourselves but were a bit disappointed due to the above problems.

Mini vacation with family
We really enjoyed the view every morning. The pool table was a hit for the teenagers. Location was great. I love how the house had things for the beach such as sand buckets, chairs, etc. Then to sum things up with a hot soak in the hot tub made the trip relaxing. Chinook winds casino and golf course is right down the road.

Relaxing Birthday Vacation
Stayed at this rental three nights to celebrate 🍾 a 50th birthday with our family. House is spacious and entertaining with the hot tub, pool table, Foosball table and WII. We noticed a super soft spot in the floor right as you come in through the garage man door, be careful it seems rotten in that spot. Also the upstairs toilet wouldn't flush, the chain inside the tank was broken. Sent a message but haven't seen a response but I was not checking often as we were enjoying Lincoln city. Property is close to the casino and walking distance to the beach, it snowed when we were there which was beautiful! Overall not bad place to stay if you need room for a group but take small cars as the parking is limited. The driveway is smaller than it looks and there's no street parking.

This house was located in an awesome spot with a beautiful view out the windows! Parking was difficult as the garage is made for small cars, and the lot next door is under construction.

Good location house needs work
We arrived and the heat was locked and no one knew how to fix. Management tried there best and got it unlocked next day and did compensate. Hot tub was very dirty and luckily when maintenance came to unlock heat we asked him and he had some chemicals in his truck. Then we cleaned it ourselves next day. Hose on back of dryer off so had to fix to use. House needs thorough cleaning corners on floor are dirty, vents dirty etc. Beds all need new mattresses. Views are fabulous. Management was very attentive and helpful with our issues. Some tender loving care and would get all fives.

Fun family vacation
The property was clean and well maintained, plenty of space for the 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids). It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach (beach access was a couple of blocks down the hill), which was beautiful and spacious, and the view from the back yard was beautiful. The kids had a blast in the hot tub, playing pool, and building sand castles.

The pictures showed some untruths
While the beds were comfortable, the house clean, and the city close the beach pics were not accurate. We were looking for a home with a beach front (or back) with semi- private access to beach due to COVID-19 and the pictures show the beach to be close by as in back yard status. The beach was a downhill walk through the front street and a walk through a sketchy beach entrance. I say sketchy because there was homeless homes within that entrance which was our closest beach entry about 7 min away from home. We felt unsafe going by ourselves to the beach since we had to go through town and the sketchy entrance, we were hopping for the backyard beach that we thought we were getting. It had an amazing jacuzzi that had beautiful beach views which was what kinda saved our trip after we found out where the beach was. The house states 4 cars can park but be aware of this, 4 small cars will fit great but only 2 trucks will fit outside not in the garage. The house is beautiful with some window issues but thankfully it was cool the days we were there.

Maybe the Covid cleanliness requirements are too much. My wife and I spent 5 hours cleaning and gardening (pulling 18” thistles out of the yard) before the grandkids got there. The worst rental of the more than 50 we have rented.

Great views!!
This place has an awesome view. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood - the place was large - the bedrooms very good sized. I would recommend it for a nice quiet getaway. We had some problems with no TV -and the hot tub not heating up - but they were both promptly taken care of. Vacasa responded very quickly. It was a very good getaway.
