Moonraker es elegante, espacioso y muy limpio. Moonraker significa la vela más alta en un velero. Este condominio de historia superior ofrece la mejor vista de la playa!

La habitación delantera es acogedora con su chimenea de gas, balcón oceánico y cómodos asientos. El sofá se abre en un sofá cama doble, y está situado justo al lado de la puerta corrediza de vidrio, para que también puedas escuchar las olas. El balcón ofrece un verdadero placer ... para disfrutar del surf y las olas desde la comodidad de su propio condominio.

La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y comodidades (menos un lavaplatos) para servir una comida completa o un refrigerio. Este condominio está en el nivel superior (hasta 15 escaleras con pasamanos en ambos lados), por lo que nada estropea el disfrute de las mareas y las olas siempre cambiantes. El cómodo dormitorio tiene una cama queen, tocador, mesita de noche con luz y armario para colgar la ropa. El baño está impecablemente limpio con bañera y ducha para su comodidad.

¡Traiga su propia barbacoa para disfrutar en la playa, o traiga un poco de leña para encender una fogata en la playa! (¡La madera flotante es a menudo húmeda y difícil de comenzar sin madera seca de casa!).

Fácil acceso a la playa por 20 escalones de hormigón, con pasamanos. Incluso hay un camino pavimentado para conducir hacia la playa, ¡así que puedes llevar a la abuela contigo para disfrutar de un crepitante fuego en la playa!

No fumar en el condominio o balcón. No se permiten animales de servicio ni mascotas en nuestro condominio privado. No cocinar mariscos en el condominio, por favor.

Moonraker está idealmente ubicado entre el Océano Pacífico y Lincoln City. ¡Conduzca por la rampa para girar algunas donas en la arena o en la playa por millas en cualquier dirección! Camine 1/4 milla a la ciudad para disfrutar de pizza, conos de helado, mariscos Pier 101, comida tailandesa, china o mexicana y pasee por tiendas de souvenirs y tiendas de segunda mano.

Romantic getaway
A great condo! Fairly high above the ocean but only the ocean in front of you. Loved listening to the waves. Condo had everything we needed and more. Special attention was made for special celebrations!

Great Location, view and beach access!
I almost didn't want to leave a review because this place is a perfect little gem that I hope has a vacany when we return to Lincoln City! The interior is older, but clean and cottage like, perfect for the beach. The deck is large enough to enjoy the incredible view, sunset, and beach activities. The walk down to the beach is very close in this part of Lincoln City where many places are so high on the bluff. A 10 minute walk on the beach will get you to the main downtown area, shops and restaurants.

Couldn't have been better
The Moonraker is a perfect getaway. The beach is your front yard, the ocean and people (and their dogs) below make tv unnecessary. The kitchen is fully stocked with special welcoming touches. We loved everything anout our stay.

Highly recommend
The condo is in a perfect location with a beautiful ocean view and short distance to restaurants and other attractions. Less than a minute walk to the sandy beach and rocks/tide pools. It was raining for part of my stay so I played pickleball and went for a swim at the community center, less than 5 minutes away. The condo is very well furnished and comfortable. Dan and Teresa were wonderful hosts - welcoming and responsive. Look forward to another visit!

Quick weekend getaway
Overall it’s a nice cozy place with a beautiful ocean view. It’s a little outdated and the TV had problems streaming. I would stay during the week but I’m not confident the internet could handle working from there. I would stay again.

Beautiful, easy, relaxing.
Beautiful unit, loved sitting by the gas fireplace while looking out at the surf. Easy access to beach and around the town. Check in was easy. We had a great time with no problems.

A Piece of Heaven
The Moonraker was truly a lil slice of Heaven! We loved everything about it….location, the actual condo, cleanliness, communication with owner. It was perfect! Lincoln City is a favorite spot on the OR coast and now we have found the perfect accommodation. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and could not be more pleased with our choice to stay at the Moonraker.

Amazing views
The views are amazing and this fact is why I give five stars while there are some issues you need to be aware of: - The room needs significant renovations. Clean and mostly functional, but it's a time machine. - The part of the beach right under the window is where vehicles are allowed to be parked. Locals enjoy doing donuts on the sand and do that quite intensively. - While it's possible to book this room for four people it's a stretch. Dining table has space for two and there are two chairs there. We had to have meals in turns, kids first, than adults. But reasonable price and perfect location are unbeatable.

Perfect space for a quick couples getaway
Really enjoyed the electric fireplace that was able to heat the entire condo while leaving the sliding glass door open to enjoy the sound of the ocean! This was perfect for a date night getaway with my wife as it was right down the street from Kylo's where we enjoyed an awesome seafood meal. Will definitely be back...

Beautiful view!
The location of this property is perfect. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful! The room itself is rather dated, but we knew this going in. Chose it because of the view. Our only complaint is the (appears to be) locals, tearing up the beach with their vehicles in the middle of the night. It gets quite loud & will wake you up. This of course in not something the property owners can control. But still something to consider when staying here.

Loved our short stay at Moonraker!
This place was perfect for us. It was quaint, a bit old-fashioned, but very comfortable and very clean. We had a lovely deck to look down at the beach below and watch the sunset. It's a perfect size for two.

what a great condo!
I stayed here with my husband and toddler (2.5 years old). What a fantastic place! We'd stay here again for sure. We squeezed a pack & play into the bedroom and slept great. Beach views from the balcony (and the seagulls who perched on the balcony were endless entertainment for my kid). Kitchen was well supplied with pans, pots, etc. Bed was quite comfortable and the linens were lovely. And a full bath tub was great for washing the toddler. =)

Right on the Beach - Lincoln City
What a perfect first visit to Lincoln City. We loved staying at the Moonraker (Vista Del Mar - #7) - the views are lovely. Our balcony looked out to the ocean, and I loved drinking that first cup of coffee in the morning sitting out there. Lincoln City is windy - so be prepared for very breezy conditions, but nothing a blanket in your lap can't handle while you're enjoying that morning coffee! The condo was clean, and had everything you may need for a week long stay. I love to cook so I always travel with all the things I would need (spices, oils etc) - but I know not everyone thinks this is a relaxing thing to do on vacation. The kitchen was great - and we made lovely meals for our family while enjoying the fabulous views. My nine year old loved sleeping on the pull out bed - he thought it was the best thing ever...! To be that young again!! I would highly recommend this rental, and Teresa the host was great at communicating all the things that you would need to know. Really easy to get in and out of the condo. It is also centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

My only problem
This is the 2nd time I have had to ask the people below us to quiet down at midnight or later. It was only 1 night each time. Not the property owners fault, just inconsiderate people. Other than that it was great.
