“The unit was in the perfect location right on the main strip so of course it was noisy at night. The unit had plenty of space and it was very clean. ”

It is comfortable and parking right in front of the rental makes unloading of suit cases convenient. My interaction with Sheri, the host. Was very pleasant and most helpful! I will be scheduling my next trip down in the spring and will be staying here, again!”

“Property was an excellent location right beside the beach and plenty to do within walking distance. Perfect for a stay as a couple, plenty of space and good amenities. Fresh water outside to wash the sand off was a nice addition as well and much needed. We contacted the property management about possibly being able to enter the property about 20 minutes early and were told no, even though no one was working in or around the unit. So don't expect to be able to arrive a moment too early. My...

“Had a wonderful 3 night get-away with my hubby. Location was amazing. Much quieter beach spot than down at the main public beaches. Anna Maria is a really fun island to explore. Saw a baby sea turtle, some baby manatees, fireworks, beautiful sunsets and a gorgeous rainbow on our last morning. Host was great and property was well equipped for our short stay.”

“Steps from the sand...and from the trolley. The trolley will take you from one end to the other on the island. Great little condo with all the necessities you need for an enjoyable beach trip. 💛”

I texted with her several times over the next few months. She always responded. The rental was exactly as it was presented. Cute little apartment very well stocked and clean. Super close to everything we wanted to do. We went to St Armand's circle and Lido beach. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We always like staying here. The condo has a nice outdoor porch overlooking the main drag. The bedroom is nice a dark for sleeping. Super convenient to everything. Safe. The only thing I would say negative is that the internet can be spotty at times. ”
