The only things to note are that the beds are really firm, there are only barely enough dishes for one meal if your group is big (our was 10), and the dishwasher is not renter friendly (if someone opens it mid cycle is just stops and you have to re set it which requires a one minute cancel cycle and then setting the clean cycle again) so it takes forever to run dishes between meals which...
