He will take you to exquisite places and restaurants tourists never go. Eladio is in top condition. It is helpful that you are too. Bring earplugs because truck noise echoes from Hwy 1. We had a massage. Hiked in the jungle, Went to a waterfall, thermal pool, and a Pacific sunset. Eladio just wants you to be happy.”

“The property location was perfect! Beach access, close to restaurants bars and stores. The place was clean and had all of the modern creature comforts like wi-fi, tv, and plenty of places to plug in electronics. Bedroom was comfortable and porch was very pleasant. Wish we had stayed longer.”

“We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple.”

“The property offered a beautiful pool lots of birds and monkeys to watch. Eladio and Vanessa are excellent hosts willing to make your stay enjoyable. Transport you to town or on excursions in the 4x4. We were there for 13 days but it was all around best part of our 4 month stay in Costa Rica. ”

“When you can have a house with 180 degree views from the ocean to the mountains, it’s amazing. Casita Cole was the perfect house to bring my wife, my oldest son and his future wife. Edgar was the perfect manager showing us everything about the house, getting us beach chairs and yoga mats. Having a small pool was really refreshing in the morning and when you come back from a long day of excursions and at the beach. The house is roomy, kitchen is well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable....

“Logo’s place is small but just what I needed for myself. The driveway is hard to climb, as he mentions. Zibo’s communication is top shelf! Very responsive and always available to answer questions. The place was very clean and well organized.There was missing a functional outdoor space, which was a bit disappointing. Something that should be considered for a future upgrade.Great value for the money!Laurent”

“Driving to the property is about 95% paved road which is great. The property is plenty large for parking. The view of the ocean is the best every day. The home is very cute and comfortable, everything needed to accommodate is provided. 1 and a half bath with AC unit in the upstairs bed room. It can get pretty cold with the door closed. No one bothers you at all. Local Restaurants and stores are available. The beach is about 3/4 miles from home. Also has washing machine if needed.”
