“The Tuscany Villa was tastefully decorated. There was something for everyone to do. The game room was in a detached garage and most time was spent in there. The house was big enough that we older folks could stay on the main level and not hear the kids in the basement. The hot tub was wonderful! Only thing lacking is a bathroom in the upstairs (3rd floor). ”

“We were in town for a wedding. The house and cottage were great. Cottage was not as well equipped as the big house. Minor nuisance was that there were two trash cans in the kitchen which didn't open. A concern for the owner could be that the water nozzle in the fridge for water was broken which could be a problem for the owner. Overall it was a very good rental for our family. ”

“I had a great stay! It was a nice place for my small family. Our flight ended up getting delayed so the host was nice enough to let us stay a little longer than check out time. Definitely will book again when I come to NC ”

“This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. We would highly recommend this property. ”
