Paradiso se encuentra a media cuadra del Rupp Arena. ¡Lo único más cercano a Rupp es el Hyatt!

Paradiso es una remodelación total con la apariencia del espacio recuperado que se cruza con colores audaces, muebles de alta calidad, arte original, iluminación fantástica y muchos acabados únicos y toques cómodos para mantenerlo ocupado descubriéndolos todos.

Con 2 habitaciones king y 2 baños, hay un montón de espacio para dos parejas. Un colchón de aire tamaño queen o la cómoda sección pueden acomodar a una quinta o sexta persona

El plan de piso abierto es perfecto para el entretenimiento con muchos asientos, una escapada romántica o simplemente mimarse.

Most Excellent Railbird Weekend Stay

Great property and very secure. Plenty of amenities, comfortable areas for lounging and sleeping. Well stocked kitchen. On sight parking was a BIG plus. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

A great location & plenty to explore

We are a family of four, including two almost adult kids. We stayed at property for a weekend for our son’s orientation at UK. The apartment was spacious, clean, and conveniently located for easy access to the university and downtown. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The view from the top of the building is fantastic! The pool was closed, but we had enough attractions to keep us busy. There are plenty of great restaurants and some nice golf courses in the area. We have also located a great food truck with Mexican food. It was a weekend of Kentucky Derby, so the atmosphere was super exciting. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lexington!

Really is a Paradise!

Could not have been happier. Even more beautiful than the pictures. The artwork and aesthetics are amazing. Beds are comfy and the apartment is spacious. Will def stay here again!

AMAZING PLACE

We had a girls' trip here for our first stay in Lexington and this place was so over-the-top perfect! Great location to walk to nearby restaurants; beautiful views; in-building parking; and the most AMAZING interior design! We loved, loved, loved this place. And the owner, who was so gracious with all of my stupid questions, was so friendly and kind. Couldn't imagine a better experience!

Central location in Lex

Location is perfect for downtown/KY sports stay. Next door to Rupp and a short bus ride to Kroger stadium. Quick walk to some great food. Unit is spacious, clean, and beds sleep well. Parking is covered and secure. Note - 7' height limit in parking garage for those with high tops. Great rental!

Cousin getaway

The condo was walking distance to everything downtown. The property is roomy and has a fun vibe to it! There were 4 of us and it was perfect. We enjoyed the rooftop one evening with great views of the city. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Property

This condo is just as nice as it appears in the photos. The rooftop pool and indooor/outdoor seating locations are an added bonus. Multiple restaurants are an easy walk from the property.

Best weekend

The condo was Perfect. We loved everything about it from the comfy beds to the roof top pool. The owners were great and receptive to our questions. The location was perfect for walking and restaurant choices. I would definitely stay here again if I come South.

Top Notch Lex Launch Point

This property is an excellent Lexington KY launching point for Bourbon trail fun! Great furnishing and remodeled finishes. Many restaurants and coffee shops to walk to within minutes. A stones throw away from Rupp Arena. John the host is excellent and helpful. Would stay again!

Amazing home in every way

We loved our stay at the Paradiso. The vibe was so cool, comfortable, really clean, and so fun. The location was fantastic, easy parking, right in the middle of the city. The owners were very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks!

Great property!

Loved our stay at this perfectly located property. A short walk to Rupp and great restaurants. The decor is very kitschy and fun. Great entertaining space. Had some internet issues that took a bit to resolve. My only heads up to future tenants; there was no shower gel, shampoo nor Kleenex provided. There is a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Otherwise, a well-stocked condo

Great location

We went to a concert at the Rupp Center and the condo was an easy 5 minute walk. The condo was clean and loved the fun decor. The condo has two appointed parking spots that are very convenient to the elevators. Great location!

Perfect location & very spacious!

My husband and 2 adult sons stayed here for a family wedding weekend, not only was the downtown location perfect, it was very spacious with plentiful and comfortable seating for relaxing between events! Privacy was on point as bedrooms were opposite side of condo. Gated entrance and parking was on point too! Walkable to Rupp& downtown restaurants & bars..make it your first choice for visiting Lexington!

Downtown condo
