Retirement gathering
We enjoyed our visit with family in your home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your family. The best I’ve ever seen in a rental. Hats off to you for that! The views were breathtaking and outdoor space was lovely to sit and enjoy the beautiful landscape. It must be a wonder to see the mountains in the Fall and Winter. Maybe another trip might be in order.

We had everything we needed for a beautiful, enjoyable long weekend stay. The property was great for our dogs, who loved the wide-open spaces; and it was also perfect for us, with plenty of room for everyone and with thoughtful touches throughout the house. We would happily stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views from house, close enough to town and well stocked including some toddler toys that came in handy. The property manager was responsive and would definitely stay again when we get back to Lexington.

Wonderful property
Our family was in Lexington for our cadets graduation from VMI. Location is close enough to town that we could travel back and forth easily to attend multiple events throughout the day. The only feedback I provided to the property manager was the small size and thinness of the bath towels. If you enjoy a luxurious towel after your shower, be sure to bring your own. The manager was very respectful of my feedback and they would consider that moving forward for their renters. Gorgeous view and open concept throughout the entire main level which was terrific for all of us to be together but also enough space as not to fill squished. Would definitely stay again if we need a large house when visiting lexington!

Stay in Lexington for Horse Show
We had a lovely stay at this home whilst attending IEA Zone Finals at the Virginia Horse Center. The house was only 15 minutes drive from the show and downtown Lexington. We had everything we needed (the house is very well-equipped), plenty of space and the views were incredible. We will definitely stay here again if we have another show in Lexington.

Beautiful place - very family friendly!
My family and I stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate thanksgiving this year. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 4-14. The view from the large windows is breathtaking and the yard is spacious for kids to run around. There were a lot of activities for the kids to enjoy (croquet, ping pong, corn hole) and a nice little bunk room for them to share. This house is close to Natural Bridge and Virginia Safari Park which I would highly recommend visiting if you have time! The only inconvenience was we had to drive all of our trash almost 5 miles away to a dumpster. I would highly recommend staying here! :)

We stayed in your home while we spent a spring break with our daughter who goes to Liberty University. Some amenities not as described in VRBO listing
The house is quite large, it easily sleeps 11 people and all the mattresses were most comfortable, and it has 2 large bathrooms. There is a spectacular view, out the great room windows, of the Blue Ridge Mountains! It has a nice screened porch and a large yard with a great area at the back of the house where our grandsons flew airplanes and played with the dog. It's about 10 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway which is always beautiful to explore. There were only a couple of issues. Upon our arrival the microwave did not work, oven shelves were not clean, and a new washer/dryer combo had been placed in the laundry room but was not seated in the tray/wall module and so was not operational. The host responded to my call/text and said he would not be able to get the w/d fully installed until after our departure given it was Thursday night and suggested we use the laundry service in town. He did have a new microwave delivered the morning after our arrival which was most appreciated! We did try to use the oven once, but it smelled of grease burning so instead used the cooktop & microwave for our meals which proved adequate. We enjoyed our time there and would stay there again if all the appliances were operational. I would suggest that the owner/host align the description and list of amenities in EVOLVE with what's in VRBO and not have 3 sets of instructions for check-out day. That was a bit confusing. Thanks !

This home was PERFECT for our family for our visit to Lexington, VA. Spacious home and surroundings. I hope we can return again this year. Location was beautiful and near shopping. Lots to do! Host was GREAT!
