Needs a good cleaning
I must be honest here we loved the place and location but it was not up to standards as far as cleanliness. The kitchen floor wasn’t swept, a dirty sponge was left on the countertop, a good layer of dust on the top of the stove. Rugs weren’t vacuumed. Ceiling fan was dirty. The floorboards in the bathroom and in the kitchenwere very dirty. The shower curtain needed to be replaced as it was stained badly on the bottom, one of the kitchen chairs was broke and the kitchen table had big pieces of wood missing from it. There is more but you get the general idea. It just needs a very good cleaning and some attention. I really feel I should get some of the charges back.

Amazing Spot
We booked this location based on the reviews and pictures and they were not wrong. The location was amazing to hit up all the major distilleries on the Bourbon Trail and the downtown Georgetown area was beautiful. The apartment was clean and just as described. Would recommend and stay again!

Perfect weekend stay.
Apartment was exactly as described online. Tastefully decorated the beds were especially comfortable with high-end bedding. We especially enjoyed being on Main Street in this lovely historic town. Even though on Main Street it is quiet with plenty of parking in front and back

Far surpassed expectations
The location couldn't have been more perfect - if you want to discover Georgetown, KY, this is located right in the heart of town. Parking and access is simple and there are a number of very good restaurants within easy walking distance. The owners were very good with communication, both answering questions and providing a very helpful binder introducing the town and recommending activities. The location is in a charmingly old building that's in very good condition with very high ceilings and large windows throughout. After visiting Georgetown I've fallen in love with the place, the history and the people and I hope to go back again soon. If I do, I'll be staying at this rental again, without hesitation.

Brilliant location with easy access to everything you could need. Very comfortable, great coffee shop down stairs and more restaurant very close by. Roy the host was brilliant with local information and help. Would stay there anytime we are in the area and recommend 100%

Great spot
This was a perfect spot for my daughter and I. After a week of traveling, it was so nice to both have our own bed and separate rooms. And comfortable couch seating to unwind with a movie. Would plenty big for two couples or family of 4. It was easy to find street parking spot (free on the weekends). Felt very safe and loved grabbing a coffee and treat downstairs, a beer across the street at a super friendly brewery with live music on weekends, get nails done, do a little shopping and eat at a restaurants all within walking distance. Easy drive to Horse Park and farms, and to downtown Lexington or great bourbon distilleries.

Downtown Georgetown is wonderful
We enjoyed our stay. We dripped our son off at Midway University and stayed in Georgetown for the convenience and because we really like the area. The suite was very nice. Beds were super comfortable and living room was spacious and comfortable as well.

Very clean and comfortable. We loved Georgetown and will definitely come back. Thanks for a great place to stay! One request would be having a mirror in the 2nd bedroom... with only 1 bathroom and 4 adults, it would have been nice to have a place outside of the bathroom to finish getting ready.

This is a very nice place to stay when visiting the Lexington area. It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a weekend get-a-way
This was a perfect place to stay and close to everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere and people were very pleasant. The only hard part was the 10am departure time. We are used to 11 so getting up, getting breakfast, cleaned up for the day, pack and leave by 10 made it very much rushed. Overall it was a great place for what we were looking for.
