Central location
Our accommodations were wonderful. The house is much larger than it appears from the street. The finished basement gave a safe space for the children to play. The house was located close to anywhere we needed to go. The only thing is that the washer and dryer are not convenient to use due to placement but there are two of each in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host supplied plenty of linens and items needed (toilet paper, trash bags, etc). We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!
We had two couples ages range from 71-75 years. Great place to stay. Very clean and loved the bedding. Convenient to everything you need from personal items to great restaurants. We had so much room and the renovated home was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great property in a nice neighborhood! Close (minutes) to shopping/eating, but far away enough to not feel like it. House was well kept, inside and out. Lots of room for lots of people, and furniture/beds were comfortable. We would stay here again!

Nice home in quiet subdivision...close to Kroger & Walgreens. Easy 10 minute drive to Rupp/downtown. House is as described. Felt like a 1950s house that was rehabbed....water pressure was low, small bathrooms & lowest A/C was able to go was 69 (a little warm for us), but very nice. Communication was excellent with host. Overall definitely would stay again.

Perfect location! Perfect stay!
If you are looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay in Lexington this is it! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house offered everything as stated and was comfortable and felt like home. The location cannot be beat. The house is near shopping, Starbucks, great restaurants, and the airport. The host was easy to work with and check in, and check out seamless!

Family Thanksgiving
This property suited our needs very well for Thanksgiving. The bedrooms/beds were extremely comfortable. The entertaining areas very ample. Kitchen was missing a few items that would have been helpful - colander, hand held mixer and a frying/sauté pan needs replacing. We definitely loved the location.

Spacious house with fabulous mattresses and big bright kitchen/living area!
The house was exactly as advertised. There is plenty of space, it's super clean, well-located, and the mattresses are exceptionally comfortable! Kitchen is great for cooking and hanging out. Basement is almost like an entire condo on it's own (no shower downstairs, but has a large functioning bathroom and laundry). Seth is very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again.

Great place
We really enjoyed our visit to Lexington and this property worked our great for our two families. We really enjoyed the large basement for the kids and the upstairs for the adults. Property was very clean and comfortable, great location too, highly recommended!

Nice property and attentive property manager. Couple things to be fixed.
Really nice house, somehow bigger inside than out! Good neighborhood, near shops. Very comfortable beds and couches, multiple TVs, ping pong table. Two small things that need to be fixed: a little nail sticks up in middle of threshold to master bath, 2 carpets curl up and can trip people. Things that would be nice to fix: blind for back door, light for steps on way to back door, one bedroom door doesn't close, instructions about garbage/recycling bins are incorrect.
