Bill and Doris showed great hospitality with communicating after booking, prior to our trip and the day we arrived. The house was very clean and supplied with lots of needed amenities and beds very comfortable. The game room was enjoyable with pool table. “Communication with host was easy from the start. Questions answered and timely responses. The cottage was just on the edge of Boalsburg which was wonderful and a safe location. The house had everything needed for our family and pet. The backyard was large but shared and our pup did not do well with the chicken coop. Overall the stay was nice and we so much appreciated having all the amenities of home.”

“We stayed here for the Penn State vs Michigan game. It was 4 of us so sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location.”

“Very cute house in a great location in State College. Close to campus and shopping, but on a quiet street. The house was clean and host was very nice and responsive when needed. Only downfall was that it was HOT the weekend we were there (over 100 real feel) and the window/floor units struggled to keep the house cool during the day. Thanks for a fun stay!”
