Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach!

Location is amazing, but lots of issues in the house
I realize that this is a pet friendly listing but the large area rug in front of the back porch was damp and smelled of urine-we had to move furniture roll it up and put it on the porch, making the porch unusable. I had a toddler and we couldn’t let him play on the floor. Huge, dangerous whole on the front deck. The clothes washer leaked and water ran out the front of it-could not be fixed. The frying pans had visible grease on them. Dishwasher was full of dishes on arrival. Powder room toilet leaked at the base. I was hosting my family for my son’s wedding that weekend and it was embarrassing. Very disappointing. This is the only rental either from a third party or directly from the owners that I did not, cannot give a great rating for.

Great location for the beach
Location is great. House is roomy and is fully equipped. Some aspects of the house are a little run down-table on screened in porch, screen on door, and outside shower could use cleaning. However if you’re looking for a quiet beach area away from the crowds I would recommend this house. We had a great time.

Great location, cleaning could be improved
Great location and great place with quick access to the beach. The main negative issue was the cleanliness of the property. There was a bag of dog poop left on the back patio area. Another recent had the same issue. I hope it wasn’t the same bag!

Great unit and location
We liked the layout and space of the unit. The kitchen was well-stocked and all the house necessities were supplied. LOVE the screened in porch and the upstairs deck. It's a short walk through the dunes to get to the beach. It's private but right next to the public beach, so you have the option to be close to people or not. Recommend!

Great Stay!
This townhouse was in a great location- right on the beach and close to stores, restaurants, etc. The state park is just down the street which is really nice. The townhouse had all the necessities including cooking essentials, beach chairs, outdoor shower to get the sand off, etc. The townhouse community was very quiet at night so we didn’t have to worry about being kept awake from noisy traffic. I highly recommend!

Private - lovely, quiet community
House had all the essentials. Clean however master had a tad of a smell which was no issue. Someone placed a trash bag next to cans located by our car that animals got into but that’s no fault of the property management. Overall very peaceful and private. Lovely place for a family vacation. Would return.

Nice house for the weekend
House was clean and as described. Perfect location - short drive to main street and with beach access. The only issue was the AC seemed to stop working after a day . Luckily the fans everywhere helped.

Perfect Location
Loved being able to bring our lab. Easy walk to to beach. Location was perfect. Decoration was not our style, very eclectic and somewhat outdated in style. In may the comfort of the house was great, I would worry in the hotter months because as far as we could tell the air conditioning vents upstairs was only in master-bed room. We could not find any in the guest rooms. We lowered the air conditioner to 65 at night to help cool the upstairs.
