"My experience was somewhat disappointing, as it is considered one of the best hotels in Montreux and the service and facilities left something to be desired, starting with the room, which is quite simple and lacks basic amenities such as heated floors, or even carpeting, since in this cold season it is quite uncomfortable to get out of bed to go to the bathroom and find the floor so cold, and when you get out of the shower you feel immensely cold.
