“Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. ”

“Enjoyed my stay---just wanted to get away for a few days. Condo is on the second floor with a magnificent view of the ocean just off the private porch. It's at the north end of the island, so very peaceful although there is the north pier about 2 blocks away with a tiki bar, restaurant and ice cream shop. Everything else needs a car or at least a bike---more than a mile to the central pier. Twenty minutes to Wilmington and to Fort Fisher.Host was immediately responsive to parking pass issue...

“We enjoyed our stay, and the house was great! The door lock on the first day was our biggest challenge. It didn’t want to unlock, but we figured out what it wanted. It wants to be pulled toward you once the code is entered. After that it was smooth sailing. We had to contact the host but the reply and correction was done quickly. “The condo was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely patio with a view of the ocean. I did not get the check-in instructions two weeks ahead of time. It did take a call and text to get a response from the owner. To be fully transparent, it was over Christmas once I spoke with the owner, I had no issues whatsoever. The beach during December is perfect. I would definitely choose this location again.”

“This was the perfect spot for my little family’s weekend get away! It was great to be able to walk out onto the beach with my littles whenever we felt like it! Genevieve was super friendly and helpful at check in! The place was very neat and tidy and just the right size for us! We even enjoyed the book “Good night cookies”,that was in one of the rooms, with our 4 year old at bedtime! It is also close to many restaurants, the boardwalk and aquarium! All in all a great stay and hope to be back...
