Nice House In Working Family Neighborhood
The house is quite large. It is located on a quiet street with several houses that appear to be occupied by working families. The bedrooms are roomy. The guest rooms are minimally furnished but acceptable.
The pool is a courtyard pool. The house surrounds three sides of the pool and a half wall is on the fourth side. The pool is screened (known as a pool cage). Not much room to set up a lounge chair in the sun. We found the best place for sun was in the pool so we purchased inflatable pool loungers. The pool is solar heated making the pool usable while we were there in March.
The house has an intercom system - including a pool speaker - with a built-in radio. We found a great local station and had the radio on whenever we were in the pool area.
The Smart television had a digital antenna as well as a service similar to cable (connectivity through the phone company) that I believe uses YouTube TV. It provided many of the usual cable channels. It took a few days to understand how to use it.
The kitchen has an adequate supply of dishes, pots, and pans.
We would stay there again.
