Great scenery, Close to Levenworth
The property was beautiful, with perfect seclusion while still being a very short drive to levenworth. I couldnt imagine there being a better place to stay while visiting the area.

Beautiful property and views - no pool
Large, beautiful and comfortable property near Leavenworth. Beautiful views of Lake Wenatchee and beautiful yard with a plum tree. This property is secluded and has a 8 person hot tub. We had inquired if this property had a pool and were informed that yes it had access to the "community pool" but once we arrived we found out that the pool is the Leavenworth city pool which you have to pay 9 dollars per person to enjoy. Thats was a draw back.

The location of this home is absolutely beautiful overlooking the river and surrounded by orchards. The house is very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Short drive into Leavenworth or to any of the area wineries.

Great getaway
Overall, this is a very nice property. Spacious and secluded. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers that can accommodate 8 adults comfortably. Ample parking. Nice view of the mountains and river. We stayed during the winter season and the easement access dirt road was very icy and has large potholes.

Beautiful home on a lovely property overlooking the river.
River Heights is a large well appointed very well maintained home on a hill overlooking the Wenatchee River. Very private with beautiful views from every room! Local wildlife visiting the yard included wild turkey, deer and bear. Leavenworth is about a 10 minute drive away.

Great stay
Beautiful location overlooking the river and orchards. The house was perfect for us. We weren't aware that right next door the area above the detached garage was also being rented out. However, that would be perfect for anyone with a large group to also rent that area out for a family reunion, etc. Loved the hot tub.

Incredible house and location overlooking mountains, orchards, river
The house and property are amazing! We stayed with my large family in the house + loft. The house was spacious - especially the kitchen, dining, living rooms and the outdoor areas around the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The house feels secluded yet is quite close to Leavenworth's downtown area and nearby hiking.

The team at River Heights was amazing! Extremely helpful with details and instructions about the house. Not to mention friendly, and excited about hosting our large group. The house is absolutely stunning! Beautiful large windows, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, and just so much room for or group of 12-16. The property was so perfect, secluded over the river, but just a short drive into town. We can’t wait to find a time to visit again!

Clean, comfortable & tons of room to roam
The house is well equipped, clean and professionally maintained. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. We had a large group so we particularly enjoyed the big kitchen, dining room and family room. Natural light poured through the windows daily and the fireplace allowed for cozy nights. I really appreciated Julie from the management company showing us around the property to ensure we had everything we needed and show us all the bells and whistles this house has to offer, and there are lots. We really liked the Sonos sound system throughout the house with individual volume control in EVERY room. Great WiFi connection - all 11 of us were on the internet at the same time without any trouble. We had such a great time, we already reserved the house again for next year. See you soon!

Exactly what we were looking for
Rented the place for a guys retreat from Vancouver, Canada. Place looked good on photos, better in person. Open concept home didn't feel close to crowded even with 11 guys. The sound system was a pleasant surprise with a dedicated tablet and speakers inside and outside. Extremely user friendly and fun to use for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The barbeque worked well, and I noted they had a spare tank available depending on usage (we did not need it but I appreciated it was available). The place is perfect for yard games as there's a well manicured lawn (with speakers) in front and a massive yard in the back. Do not come here without taking Bocce. Take some binoculars as well for the Osprey nest only a few meters away from the Adirondack chairs overlooking the river. The response from every member of our group was extremely positive. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely return for next year's retreat.

Stunning views, comfort, seclusion, and sledding out the front door
We stayed at River Heights for 4 nights between Christmas and New Years. We had 3 families with a total of 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 16 months to 11 years). It's not always easy to find a rental that can accommodate the varying needs of this range of kids (and families with different preferences for outdoor activities), but this place absolutely nailed it. The house is in a knockout location on the top of a hill with great views in essentially every direction, and essentially total privacy from any other property - but only 10 min drive into town, which we did multiple times to see the lights, go to restaurants, and go tubing. We had a great snowfall while we were there, and were able to carve multiple of our own sledding runs down the hill just out the front door, ranging from very mild (16 month old!) to more energetic (adults!) The stone floors throughout much of the common areas are heated, so when we came inside, we basically shed all our outdoor clothes, put them on the floor, and within a few hours they were dry :). The kitchen worked great for a bunch of people, and the outdoor hot tub was a nice perk, enjoyed by parents and kids alike. The house is wired for sound, which is an unexpected detail that really helped bring home the holiday feel (we fired up our own playlists on our phones). We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely return.

Gorgeous house close to downtown Leavenworth
This home was incredible and worked perfectly for our group of 8. I can't even describe how beautiful the scenery is from the back and side yards (the house itself is amazing, too). Our entire group spent many hours just sitting and gazing. Between the river view and the orchards it was truly pristine. The drive into town is 10ish minutes and the hot tub was a great bonus! The kitchen had everything we needed and beds were super comfy. Thank you so much and we look forward to staying there again next year!
