The location was remote, quiet, and literally on the river. It is hard to access the water because of the steep river bank. There is a large rope provided to stabilize your climb down and back up. “It was so much more than I could have imagined. The location is ideal for either GSP or LM and the amenities were excellent. We spent most of the day time at the parks, but our evenings consisted of relaxing at the getaway. Dinner on the outdoor charcoal grill was amazing and the fire pit was a perfect ambiance for the nighttime hill country. I should also mention breakfast on the stove with a light fire going outside was mint. Would definitely recommend for a secluded getaway. ”

“I don't like saying bad things but the place was not clean. I had to move the couch to sweep up the food, plates, and bugs. I had to also sweep around the windows lots of bugs. The mattress cover on the pull out bed was full of hair and crumbs. I brought my sheets as stated but the previous people must have not done so. Other than that everything else was fine. “So the house is beautifully furnished, the decor is very nice. My family said it's a nice 70s style house with a touch of modern, and the appliances work very well. There are no laundry appliances. River access in the back yard, is good, over grown with lily pads. But still very nice and great vacation spot.”

“My family and I spent a few nights for New Year's. This is a beautiful place, the entire area is amazing, the view is awesome, couldn't have asked for more! My family and I loved the cottage, all clean, comfortable, safe, the response to our needs was immediate and friendly. “This place is just A-MAZING!!! We were a huge party of 26 people with ages ranging between 6-78. Tons of games and activities helped keep everyone busy. There wasn’t a single moment when we felt we could’ve made a better choice with the place. Excellent and beautiful place to stay in Texas hill country. “We stayed 2 nights for a quick weekend getaway to Garner State Park and Lost Maples. The condo was perfectly located and has beautiful views of the surrounding area! It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed! Check in and check out were as easy as can be, just know that cell signal for Verizon customers is almost non existant in this area! The wifi was really nice to have as well! All in all, I woukd recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit!”
