Recientemente compramos esta casa y hemos instalado alfombras, pinturas, colchones, puertas y muebles nuevos. Estamos muy contentos de compartir nuestra escapada de vacaciones con usted. La casa es de 1.100 pies cuadrados en un terreno boscoso fuera de la ciudad en una subdivisión tranquila. La casa es de 3 millas del centro de Leadville, a 5 millas de la turquesa del lago y 10 millas a Ski Cooper.
Esta casa de montaña ofrece la montaña entusiasta de la oportunidad de hacer casi cualquier cosa que desean! Esquí, senderismo, motos de nieve, la pesca, la caza y la bicicleta de montaña. También puede conducir a estaciones de esquí de clase mundial (Vail, Copper Mountain, Frisco y Breckenridge) en menos de una hora.

La casa tiene una cocina actualizada, pisos de madera noble, chimenea, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, lavadora y secadora, y wifi con televisión por cable. Acabamos de comprar ropa de cama nueva y toallas también.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cómoda cama King size con baño privado. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales.

Quiet, roomy, convenient
Wonderfully remodeled home just outside of Leadville, in quiet neighborhood. Modern kitchen, washer/dryer, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Great location for exploring hiking trails in the area. Hope to stay there again sometime!

Perfect home away from home
Great place, very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. This house has been updated and is very nice in a quite neighborhood. We brought our grandsons to leadville for a lake trout fishing trip. Very successful fishing at Turquoise Lake. We enjoyed walking around Leadville and seeing the various sights going back to the house was just perfect.

Perfect stay for mountain adventures

2 week Leadville Stay
We stayed for two weeks for the Leadville 100 Mtn Bike race. Owwner was extremely helpful, house had everything we needed. Location was great, not in the middle of town but in a quiet neighborhhod so lots of parking. And we used the garage to house 4 bikes and lots of tools and parts. Kitchen was sufficient and all the paper products, soaps, detergents were all provided. Will definately stay again.

Family Trip
The property was perfect for our needs. It was far enough away from town to feel more secluded and close enough to town and trails so the drive wasn't too long. If the property is available, we would love to stay here again! Clean, comfy and close to everything! :)

Leadville Motorcycle Trip
This is a fantastic little home very close to Leadville. We stayed here while on a three-day back country motorcycle trip. It is very close to downtown Leadville where you will find nice restaurants and places to shop. I will definitely book this place again if I'm back in the area.

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable
This home is so comfy and clean! Very well supplied and decorated beautifully. In a neighborhood that is quiet and friendly. I had two elderly ladies with me for Mothers day and this residence was perfect with no stairs. Would highly recommend this home and was even better than advertised. :)

This property was close to Cooper, downtown Leadville and a beautiful drive to Mt. Princeton hot springs! What a beautiful historic town to visit, loved the mining museum. Great coffee shops too!

Nice, Quiet Place
Had a couple friends come out for a fishing trip and we found this nice spot in Leadville. The place is great and served as a wonderful spot to return to after long days outside. No complaints, and will be looking at this place again next time we visit the area.

Loved it!
This is a great cabin just off the main strip in Leadville. We enjoyed the short trip to Cooper for skiing. My only advice is to prepare yourself for the elevation. Staying at 10,000 feet is a different experience. Drink lots of water! Thanks again for the great experience.

Awesome Leadville Rental, 5 Stars Plus
Everything about this rental was 5 stars plus! The owner sent us a very detailed email with tons of info about the property and local recommendations. Check-in / check-out was very easy. The house was very comfortable and well maintained. The gas fireplace was great, you can tell the owners put a lot of work into their property. We will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.
