“Poor reception in the property. We arrived at about 10 pm. No reception open. Eventually found an envelope taped to the wall with our room key in it and confusing instructions as to how to find room. On the day we left a couple had been waiting 8 hours to check in. Staff in general vsried fro rude to intolerant. The exception being the delightful ladies providing breakfast. The barman avoided any work at all and showed his real displeasure if you asked anything of him.. On the plus side great...

“Not enough parkering spaces, glad we didn't stay there during high season. We missed real mugs for coffee, tea and chocolate.... There were only very small cups available. Also an electric cooker for water would have been nice, we had to cook water in a pot for tea and instant coffee making. The flat was nice,beds good.”
