Great customer support I forgot an item and was far away already but they went out of their way to ship it to my house.

My discontent with this property started with the listing. No email was sent for the location and details until I arrived. Called host because office closed. The apartment was on 2nd floor with no other accessibility if you have a handicap. There was a trail of dog poop smudged on metal steps where someone stepped into and used stairs to clean their shoes. Apartment inside looked okay-old , worn down furniture present ( pictures do too much justice). Apartment is also between 2 storage locker units. Location is not far from mil gate- in a run down apartment complex. Wasn’t happy with the Realtors that was looking to see if any other properties were available with handicap accessibility- didn’t get the impression they really cared, because they never reached out. So I ultimately had to find somewhere else to stay-misleading advertising.

Basic training graduation

Super close to Ft. Sill base which was great for us! It was a cozy little place for what we needed and cheap. Had a bit of difficulty during the verifying process as I was unable to utilize my camera on my phone with the rental property website to send my ID but with a few messages the property management was able to work with me through the issues. Received several messages checking in us throughout our stay which was nice showing they cared, otherwise we had no issues.

The apartment as always was well stocked with anything that you could need beside your personal items. Clean. We rebook every time we are in that area. Neighbors were friendly and it is right off of the highway so easy access to all points.

Practical Place

The place is located in what might seem a "sketchy" place. However, I stayed in the place for over a month and the neighborhood was really quiet. On the other hand, it provides easy access to main roads, the Fort Sill base, and convenience stores. The place is minimal, clean, and has all the necessary utensils and comfortable beds to allow for a long-term stay. However, the internet service stopped working after 1 week and, even though it was communicated to the manager, it was never fixed.

Lovely little place

Very clean! Mattresses were firm. There was a recreational odor, but it was peaceful and we were able to follow all procedures with relative ease. Would stay again if given the chance.
