“This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. “We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. “We came back! This time we rented Toni’s second property and it is equally beautiful and spacious. Just a short walk from his private lake where kids went sledding and then relaxed in a hot tub. The house was decorated for the holidays which made it feel extra festive and welcoming. We also spent some time around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and enjoying crisp winter air. Kids especially enjoyed the game room with a pool table, foosball, and roulette (there is a cozy bar for adults too)....
