Large House!!
The house was a great space for a large party of 12. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to stores/restaurants. Wonderful communication with host. My only recommendation would be a better cleaning crew. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay and I’d definitely book again!

Bachelorette party weekend!
Our stay at the Mansion was Fabulous!! Had so much fun and the large space was perfect for our group of 9. All the bedrooms were extremely large, some with sitting areas included , like the pictures..4 bathrooms was a huge bonus, especially with 9 women The pool was so fun on our pool day.. nice backyard. The kitchen is huge, plenty of space to work and put appetizers etc. The refridgerator was spotless. Love the dining area...very spacious table, where gathered daily. The couches in the living room are actually recliners not pull out beds ( which I think says recliners in the details, we did not catch that) There are a few things in the house that need some updating... but overall we had a great time. Alyssa was great at responding immediately to any and all questions we had. Also the house is pretty close to the strip, I'd say 15 min. great option. Everyone in our party had a super Fabulous time!!

This house was great for large parties. Unfortunately it wasn't the cleanest. No extra linens were provided for the extra beds. The most disturbing thing was the maintenance guy creeping around the prperty without notification that he was there. property"

As advertised and met needs; could be cleaner
Overall the property was as advertised and met all our needs. Spacious house, nicely/uniquely appointed, with useable pool. 12 bed spaces (i.e. 6 two-person beds), 4 full baths (including very large master). Full kitchen. Working washer/dryer. TVs, Wifi. Check-in/out processes were smooth. Suggestions for improvement: 1. As noted in other reviews, a house of this quality ought to be cleaned to match. Floors and kitchen surfaces were very dirty. This is the single most important thing that could/should be improved. 2. Not all of our people were "pairs" and so some chose to sleep on couches instead in bed with others; it would be nice if there were extra linens (could not find any) to support this, since it seems like it may be a fairly common circumstance. 3. Didn't affect us, since we didn't use hot tub, but instructions for turning on the hot tub were not apparent. 4. Didn't affect overall functionality of house, but kitchen had a fairly weird assortment of dishes and appliances. Might be worth time/investment to upgrade dishes to one common set, and sort through/clean out bevy of cook ware and appliances. Would give the overall experience a more consistent, upscale feel. 5. I would stay here again. Some of my group might not due to the cleanliness issue.

The WORST Experience I have ever had!
We had a Motorcycle event and wanted to stay together instead of renting hotel rooms. I now regret that decision. At first I was very happy with the stay however we noticed that everything promised in the listed pictures was not the same. The house was very u sanitary and there was someone in the house with us!!!!! We couldn’t figure it out but weird things were happening. Lets start with unsanitary: for starters there was gunk and food on the stove. Old coffee left in both coffee makers with mold on them. Under the beds were so dirty! The pool was not clean! The outside grills were left so disgustingly dirty which could cause food poisoning. The fridge had old food and old condiments left in it!! There were splatter stains all in the kitchen area. The floors were sticky! The bathrooms has no hot water and u can plug it to take a bath and were dirty! Next Safety!!!! We have women left at the house when we went to our event and the door was locked. They heard knocking in the backyard and when they checked the door was unlocked. We also heard noise and stomped our feet because the noise was coming from the basement! Someone was there. What was also was that when we complained about a dead rat the owner showed up instantly to remove it. We spoke to the own and did not complain becuse he seemed nice and wand talking to my guys about motorcycles! But as soon as I complained in the app he threatened us so now i want my money back!! This was like something out of a movie.

The home accommodate us perfectly. We were a big group and the home did not feel small. The communication with the manager was great. Neighborhood was really nice and the home was nice and clean when we arrived. The check in process was also very easy. Would definitely book again.

The property owner was very responsive. There was plenty of room, and a was well situated for our group of 14. The property was a bargain, and fully met our needs for the weekend. We’d stay again!

Nice big house, but dirty
This was a nice big house, but it was dirty-There was a few issues that might help for the next people who come along.- the fridge was dirty, dirty dishes in cupboard, mold lime in fridge, toaster didn't work, mold in shower, oven glass door broken, bidet in bathroom by kitchen kept spraying out of toilet, bathroom rugs were dirty, - overall place was dirty and covered in dust, couch was broken in tv room, gate handle broken, bed post broken in bedrrom. We've been doing this for over 10 years and this is the dirtiest one we've ever stayed in. - It's a beautiful decorative home other than that.

Family stay
Overall everything went well. Communication with property manager response was timely. We also liked that the house was stocked up with things that we could have forgotten to bring. Only concern was the parking. They mentioned the owner cars are parked in part of the driveway. That gave us limited parking . Parking on the street didn't work. Most of the street parking is red and other owner driveways.

House is beautiful and big enough but not so clean.
The house was nice and big enough for big groups but the cleanliness was not so great. The bedroom doors were very dirty lots of dirt stains, the placemats on the table were dirty with food stains, kitchen countertops were not clean, rugs were not vacummed well. Bathrooms looked dirty. Overall, cleanliness was a failure with our experience in this house. I think the owner could have done better with maintaining the house. The house looks very old int the inside and worned out.
