Great Place

So easy to check in and out. Even though we didn't use the pool it was well maintained. Liked the 2 sitting areas to watch TV, so young adults in one room and the other folks in the other room. Damage deposit returned quickly. Host was available to answer any questions and would definitely stay there again.

Well… could use some cleaning

For the positives: This VRBO had beds- And that is great. It had a good ac and every room had a fan. There is a pool but at 69° we didn’t swim. We did enjoy the sun outside during our stay. However… the inside was very dirty. Moldy bathmats, stained towels (and couldn’t find extra linens..) no garbage bags, the couch is covered in crumbs, stairs haven’t been vacuumed in a while. And there isn’t a vacuum. Garbage under the washer and clumps of hair in the bathrooms. Filthy return air vent in the entry way. Dusty headboards and baseboards. At first the tub wouldn’t drain but Alan got a plumber there and it was fixed. Alan also had the cleaner come but she only fixed a few things that I specifically sent him photos of. Alan was great at acting to get things done but this place needs a deep clean. Bring your shower shoes.

Home away from home

Quiet neighborhood, so close to everything, yet away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. With 8 people, space is always a concern, but not here. Space to have alone time, if needed. Dining table sat 8 people and was wonderful for sit down dinners together. Property Manager was very quick to respond to any questions. Pool area was a must have with such hot weather. Way above what we expected.

Oasis in Las Vegas

What a wonderful property. Well kept, comfortable and very convenient. Lot's of shopping and restaurants nearby so no need to go the the "strip". That said, LV Blvd is only 10 or so minutes away. I hope to stay again soon!

Amazing home and hosts

This home is in a great location near stores and gas stations for quick needs. We had a rental car that was nice for off-strip activities. To Downtown/ Strip, XL rideshares were $20-30 (less than $20 for standard sized rides). It’s tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and absolutely amazing in the 100 degree heat! Pool towels were available. The house was clean and stocked with all our needs. We had one mishap where our teen (built like a linebacker) accidentally broke part of a chair. I immediately reached out to Alan and Christine and they were so kind and understanding! Their hospitality really is top notch and they are wonderful hosts if you are considering a home to stay in. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful Las Vegas home

Our stay was amazing, the pool was a welcomed addition, temps were in the high 80s to low 90s. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio near the pool. The home was most comfortable, the AC, Kitchen appliances worked very well, furniture was comfortable, loved the dining room table! Property owners responded promptly whenever we contacted them. Linens and towels for the pool are provided as well as bedding. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe and secure. The drive to Las Vegas Blvd was easy just a few turns and we were on the road straight to the strip. Would definitely book this home again! Loved and appreciated your home, thank you so much for making our family trip most memorable Alan and Christine!!!

Celebrating 50th

The bedroom and bath configuration was just what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed, including staples such as coffee, salt, pepper, etc. Checkout procedure was easiest I think I’ve ever had in a rental. 🙃 My only “need to improve” areas was the home wasn’t as clean as I would like. Corners and window sills were dirty which makes you question a bit the cleanliness of the overall home. The stand fans need to be dusted. Also the bed I slept on did not have a flat sheet on it, just the fitted sheet and comforter. (I’m sure just an oversight!)

This house was absolutely phenomenal to rent The owners were amazing the house was clean and comfortable. Maybe 15 minutes max from the strip and traffic convenient for Uber's to pick up and drop off. Would totally stay there again.

Comfortable Stay

The pictures on the listing do no justice to how big and beautiful this house is. It was very clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is nice and quite. My kids loved it! The backyard is so relaxing, we didn't use the pool due to the weather but it is clean and big. The beds were really comfortable we had a good night sleep. We had communication with the host and they were there for what we needed. Overall it was the best stay we've had thus far!

Positive Experience!

We had a positive experience! Alan was great about getting back to us for any questions or needs we had. The home is warm and welcoming and the pool was refreshing..we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends!

Wonderful host and great property

My stay at this lovely home in Spring Valley was fantastic. The host was extremely responsive and assisted with all of my questions. I would definitely stay here again and would rent other properties from the same host.
