The room itself was very nice. The bed was comfy, the jetted tub was great for relaxing, and the kitchen was an added bonus that we loved having. The balcony is mostly secluded, even though it's only around 30 feet up, and it was nice to just sit outside and enjoy the cool air. The quiet location was perfect, and we didn't have any issues with noise nearby.
That being said, we had two issues, but neither is the fault of the property owner, but I still wished I was aware of them ahead of time. First, water pressure wasn't great, and the hot water doesn't get very hot. Second, valet is the only parking option, and you cannot self park unless valet is full. If you're going in and out a lot, especially during busy times, it's not convenient at all, and the expected "gratuity" every time you need your vehicle starts to add up quickly. I think it would have been cheaper and faster to pay for self parking at MGM and walk the two minutes down the ramp next to tower 1 to the MGM parking garage.
Aside from those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and I'd definitely book the same room again.
