Casa Sudano es un condominio penthouse ubicado en el sexto piso con increíbles vistas al lago Las Vegas y Reflection Bay. Tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños, cocina completa, sala, comedor y balcón con vista a las piscinas, al campo de golf Reflection Bay y al lago Las Vegas. Las comodidades incluyen 2 piscinas espectaculares, bañera de hidromasaje relajante, gimnasio abierto las 24 horas y fácil acceso a emocionantes restaurantes y vida nocturna en el Village Lake Las Vegas.

El condominio fue totalmente renovado en 2019 y hay nuevos electrodomésticos y muebles en todas partes. Incluyendo, nueva lavadora y secadora Bosch.

Amazing view and accommodations!
This place is as described and it’s beautiful. The location was quiet and peaceful and offered numerous amenities such as pool, restaurants, grocery, water sports! It was perfect for getting away and avoiding the chaos of the strip yet it’s close enough to run over and enjoy the evening. The host was superb with information and communicating with our group. Highly recommend and will def visit again!

Love it ! 5 star !!
We have stayed for 5 nights in the penthouse. Loved everything!! Million dollars view! It’s so close to LV but very quiet and relaxing pool was empty everyday ( we enjoyed it ) good shopping about 8 min by car , basic grocery 3 min walking Apartment is very spacious, great 2 king size beds , full kitchen, washer/ dryer was wonderful to have in NV heat wave - you will find all cosmetic necessities in 2 bathrooms. Location is ideal if you want to visit LV or many state park to admire natural wonders. Jean is a very caring host would do anything to make guests happy and comfortable-don’t look anywhere else We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it ( we travel a lot with 2 kids / teens and became a little picky about vacation rentals) Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful home with us !

Definitely the Best Unit in the Building
This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants.

Wonderful area.
Lake Las Vegas is amazing. The view from the condo was magnificent! The condo was so comfortable and included amenities I didn’t expect, like coffee and products to clean clothes etc. Definitely will go back. It was a smooth process and hosts were always available.

PARADISE AT LAKE LAS VEGAS
WE JUST LOVED OUR STAY AT THE PENTHOUSE CASA SUDURNO. FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE DOOR WE WERE IN AWE. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS UNCLUTTED THE DECOR WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE VIEW WAS SO INCREDIBLE THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DISCRIBE TO THE FULLEST HOW BREATH TAKING IT IS. THERE IS A REASON THEY CALL THE BAY REFLECTION BAY. THE SUNSETS REFLECT OFF THE BAY, THEN WHEN ITS DARK ALL THE LIGHTS FROM THE BUILDINGS REFLECT ALSO. WE ATE AT 4 OF THE RESTAURANTS IN THE VILLAGE AND LOVED ALL OF THEM. THE OWNERS ARE SUCH GREAT HOST THEY MADE OUR STAY VERY SPECIAL. THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND AND VERY SWEET. IT WAS A PLEASURE BEING THEIR GUEST.

Good stay here at this unit. Very comfortable beds and the hosts were great at communication. We had an issue with their TV's/Remotes. Didn't get to use the TV for two days and they helped us try to figure it out. Ultimately, we feel it was an issue with the batteries in the remotes so on our last night we did get to use the TV's by changing the channels the old fashion way on the cable box. Not a big deal at all. I would recommend this unit.

A Perfect Spot
This property is fantastic. Everything was really easy and the spot, the view etc. was amazing. They even had coffee and half and half! I highly recommend this property if you are coming to Lake Las Vegas!

Amazing experience!
There are so many amazing things to say about this VRBO. 1) location was beautiful, quiet and so peaceful. 2) check in process was so seamless and smooth. Jean was so detailed and we had absolutely no issues. 3) the place was so clean, inviting, relaxing, all possible amenities in the Vrbo, comfortable and homey. Just beautiful. 4) location again was perfect. So close to the amenities, restaurants, stores, etc… so convenient. I would absolutely stay there again. My recent stay at the Viera Penthouse Condo in Las Vegas was absolutely extraordinary! Owned by the wonderful Jean and Joe, this lakeside gem provided us with a memorable and luxurious vacation. The first thing that struck us upon entering the condo was the impeccable cleanliness and modern design. The panoramic views of Lake Las Vegas were breathtaking, and we found ourselves frequently drawn to the balcony to soak in the picturesque surroundings. Jean and Joe, the gracious owners, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it a joy to prepare meals. One highlight of our stay was the vibrant and lively atmosphere at Lake Las Vegas. We enjoyed strolling along the promenade and indulging in delicious dining options. The tranquility of the surroundings was a welcome contrast to the energy of the Las Vegas Strip. In conclusion, our stay at the Viera Penthouse Condo in Las Vegas was truly fabulous.
