We never actually got to stay in the house because the host didn’t provide access information, we ended up having to book a hotel last minute. I had messaged the host weeks prior to the reservation asking some questions and never got a response, then the email we got 3 days before the trip that was supposed to provide access information just said “your host hasn’t provided this information.” Luckily, because someone from the weekend before had written a review with the same issue, we were able to start dealing with this a couple days in advance. After multiple attempts at trying to contact them, they cancelled our reservation at 2am on the day we were supposed to check in. I will say that the VRBO customer service was amazing, and very helpful, but booking a last minute hotel in Vegas was terrible, and because of this experience, we are most likely going to be sticking with hotels from now on to avoid this situation all together.
