Nuestra casa de 4 habitaciones y 2. 5 baños seguramente te hará sentir como en casa y, lo mejor de todo, cómodo y relajado. Todo ha sido remodelado desde los pisos hasta el techo en 2013, sin embargo, la casa no ha perdido su carácter y encanto clásico de las "viejas Vegas".
Completo con una sala de estar y comedor formal, TV y sala social con una cocina contigua y un bar para comer. Un maravilloso plano de planta abierto y social ideal para familias de vacaciones o convenciones en la ciudad para trabajar. Literalmente a minutos del Strip de Las Vegas y del centro de convenciones de Las Vegas. Estamos a solo 2, 5 millas al oeste de la Franja, justo al lado de Desert Inn Road.

Privado, aislado, gran piscina y spa / jacuzzi con área de patio cubierto ideal para cenar al aire libre o relajarse en la piscina.

Estamos aproximadamente a 3 millas cortas inmediatamente al oeste de la Franja. Mercados de abarrotes, restaurantes recomendados y misceláneos. las compras están literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina a minutos de la casa, sin mencionar el Strip y el LVCC. Estamos ubicados en una ubicación central verdaderamente libre de problemas, pero a la vez tranquila y apartada del ajetreo y el bullicio de la ciudad. Everything we could have hoped for...and MORE!
Let's start with the owner!! He was always quick to answer (even my dumb questions) and accommodating!! The house was everything we could have asked for and more!! Comfortable beds and everything was so clean!! The pool / hot tub was amazing!!! The house was in such a great location!! Central to everything!! My first experience with VRBO!! Better than I imagined and we cant wait to do it again!!!

Great house, convenient location
This was a great home for our family. We had plenty of room, a great kitchen, and my family loved the pool. The location was convenient, just a few miles from the strip as well as a grocery store just around the corner. I would highly recommend this as your vacation rental.

Everything about the place was great. It exceeded our expectations. Great location. We loved being off the strip but still close to it. The pool was very refreshing since it was over 110 degrees every day we were there. The manager was easy to get ahold of. Amazing place

Home away from home
Great place to stay! Definitely home away from home. Close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Home has everything you need if you’re staying in and making dinner with family. Clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool. We will definitely return. Easy check in and communication!

Perfect Location and beautiful home
This Vegas getaway home is beautiful and in perfect location, close to the strip and the airport. My family and I came out here for EDC weekend so we didn’t really have enough time to enjoy the bbq grill and the pool area. Mike, the property manager was attentive and very nice to approve some of our last minute request. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay here and we hope to come back! Thanks Mike

Great Family Home
This home was clean, extremely well stocked and we loved the pool. Mike was very flexible with our plans and super easy to communicate with. We had our two grandsons, ages 2 and 4, on and off during the week and they had such a fun time in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and grocery stores were minutes away. We only went to “the strip” once and this home was close enough, but also far away enough that we didn’t feel like we were in Vegas. Thanks for offering such a nice home.

Bowling Vacation
We came to bowl in the Women's Nationals that was held at South Pointe. We bowled the first 2 days and enjoyed downtime the rest of the week. House was laid out nicely. We could have used another full bathroom, as we had 5 ladies getting ready at the same time, but we did it. The house was stocked and we didn't need for anything. Very close to strip. Very easy to fine. We used urber every day. We are from the hot south, so we could have used the air temperature a little lower, but we made do with the extra fans. Thanks Jon

We loved it!
We were extremely happy with this experience. Perfect location in a residential neighborhood close to everything, but sitting in the backyard, poolside, it feels like a very private tropical setting. Wonderful, clean, well-maintained large outdoor swimming pool. I could swim laps! The house itself is spacious, nicely appointed, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed, though the area restaurants are a big enticement not to eat at home. The Vegas strip is an easy drive from the home, but one of our highlights was a visit to Red Rock Preserve which is less than a half hour away and is gorgeous. Lots of hikes to choose from or just drive the loop by car for some beautiful scenery. Communication with Mike, the host, was excellent. Very welcoming and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. We were a group of five elderly adults but I can't imagine any age group not loving this rental. Highest recommendation.

AMAZING PROPERTY
This was the BEST VRBO I have stayed in. It was even better than advertised, perfect location, and super clean. Mike, the property owner, was easily contacted and responded immediately. This house really felt like HOME. His regulations/expectations were straightforward, and the house was stocked with almost anything you could possibly need. It was a delight to stay here, and I hope to be able to book again!

The pool was ice cold. There's no heater or solar cover to heat the pool. One of the main reasons for booking the rental was the pool. Very disappointing with this experience.
