Beautiful property
House is gorgeous. Pool was cold cold but hot tub was nice. The only real complaint I had was the AC setting asked for them to be turned down as it was very hot but they never did. The whole stay was 75-76 in the house and 92 outside. Fans help but would have been nicer if the AC was turned down.

Perfect home away from home
This home is so beautiful, comfortable, very organized and in a great location. Very clean and lovingly cared for. Owner was great. Any message sent was promptly answered. One of the vey best rentals I’ve ever booked. ( I book many) Will check for availability to book again when traveling to this area. Enjoyed our visit immensely.

Pleasant surprise
The pictures do not do the property justice. It is a very clean and large home. I love being in north Vegas away from the hustle and bustle, and there is so much close by for gas, food, shopping/restaurants. I didn't get a chance to let the owner know, the guest bathroom off the dining room did not get hot water. Also, the AC had a hard time cooling anything but the master. Since the temp is set and can't be changed, i recommend either having the AC repaired or setting it to 73 in the summer. The nights were a bit hot at 75 in the living room and guest rooms. For us, those were both minor things. We loved cooking in the kitchen, and watching movies in the evening. The pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub. A very lovely and comfortable home for the 4 of us. Thank you for accommodating our holiday weekend request.

When we arrived the waterfall and vacuum for the pool didn't work. the air conditioner in the main part of the house didn't work and there was no gas for the gas grill. Judith did address these problems but the solution didn't take place until the evening of our second night. The pool vacuum never worked and luckily there was a charcoal grill to use. For the air conditioner I was on a 3 way call with Judith and the air company for 45 minutes of my family vacation time so I am not at all happy. When you pay substantial $$$ for vacation you expect everything to be fully operational. I will not rent this place again and will not use VRBO as I can't trust anything listed.

Grad vacation
We brought our HS grad son & college daughter for my son’s trip to drive at Dream Racing, Exotic Racing and the Hells Kitchen experience. The house worked good for us. Not extremely central, but we knew that going in. The house is well equipped. I would suggest plastic wine glasses for pool time, newer house towel's and a chair in the master bedroom. The stay was nice and worked well.

Oasis in the desert
Lovely, well maintained, and comfortable home with a beautiful pool, yard, and well-appointed kitchen. The location was perfect and convenient to shopping and highways. We especially enjoyed the pool on the hot summer days, axe throwing was a bonus! We are keeping Judith's home on our favorites list!

Great House
The house was great for the family stay. Price is great for the amount of space you have and has a great pool. There is shopping and restaurants right around the corner. The hostess Judith was wonderful to work with. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Vegas.

Judith is the best!
This home is by far the CLEANEST place I have rented. Judith is an amazing host and prompt with responses. She made us feel at home, going out of her way to make sure my 6 yr old son had activities for the home. The house is large and comfortable. The master bedroom is HUGE. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to dining and groceries.

The Perfect Place to Stay
Judith was a superb host. She communicated very well and her property was very nice and as described. It’s always nice when you have no surprises and your expectations are met. Her home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was nice and when its 110º outside the pool water was nice and cool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and to our liking. There were plenty of linens, towels, pool towels etc. She supplied starter TP and plenty of paper towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, bake etc. There was an extensive cabinet full of seasonings and some condiments. There were two TVs, a 75” in the family room with a couch and chair that had electronic push button adjustments, very nice!!! The other TV was in the MBR and it was a ROKU TV, the best kind of TV in my opinion. Make sure you bring some type of TV device so you can watch your TV service. We always bring our fire stick and used it on the Family Room TV, i was able to download our Spectrum cable app to watch our service on the MBR TV. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. The house was close to stores, it was a 5min walk to COSCO, restaurants etc and Walmart was a 10min walk. Sam’s Club was about 1.5 miles away and the main interstate type road was .5 miles away. We went hiking in the mountains which were 30min away. There is a nice visitor complex at Mt Charleston and it was at an elevation of 6500ft. The temps were over 100º at the house and 80º on the trials

Peaceful Pad in LV
The home had much to offer, was in a nice area and was easy to relax in. A fantastic back yard which we spent much time in. The home was clean and looked great inside and out. Really enjoyed our stay. Judith was a super host.

Really nice property. They only need to refresh the mattess/pillows and replace some light bulbs. We ended up buying foam covers for the beds to make them bearable. We enjoyed the location off the strip and our stay.

More than enough space.
Way more space than we even imagined. Beautiful property and immaculately clean. I know now to ask about tvs in all the bedrooms as there was only the one in the master and one in the living room. Found the simple instructions on the kitchen cabinet finally but they really didn’t ask for much. Many amenities. Washer dryer was wonderful and I was glad I thought to bring laundry detergent. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you.

Northern Vegas Stay
This property was in a lovely neighborhood with every kind of shopping and dining very nearby. Just a hop, skip & a jump from the busy old and new Vegas strips. Clean 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom accommodation with private pool & hot tub. We had a wonderful stay!
