“We stayed in Julie’s studio over the weekend for my daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect location for heading out to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the close beach, and Santa Cruz. They had a cot available for my daughter though she did end up in the bed with us. Julie is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating! It was the perfect place and size for us for our trip. ”

“The quiet, secluded setting and the beautiful, character-filled home were perfect for our family of 5 adults to reconnect and relax. We had room to stretch out on the patio and enjoyed cozy conversation in the small but very comfortable living room/dining/kitchen area. Lots of natural light & sunshine in all rooms. The bathrooms were spacious and had towels/hairdryer/soaps (main bath w/shower, commode, sink are separate from a vanity area w/2nd sink near bedrooms, and extra 1/2 bath off living...

“Property was clean, spacious, comfortable, cute, beachy and modern (not funky or grungy - very clean floors!) Very private to be up on second level. Centrally located - fun to be able to people-watch down on to main shopping street, from the comfort and privacy of living space. Convenient walk to everything. Bathrooms are updated, and especially generously-sized. Bedrooms are in back of unit, away from street. Both bedrooms could probably fit Cal King beds, but the Queen sizes were comfortable....
