It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Great accommodations and good communication with the management company. The only issue was the garage which was difficult to get into. We were informed of this issue and thus did not use the car often after getting into the garage. We have an SUV. A smaller car would not have an issue. In summary, we would rent there again it was perfect!”

“This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.
