“The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. ”

“The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. "Great variety, balanced , local and continental the meals. I must however make reference to the reception on y arrival.kimberly,professional and efficient . I reached the hotel 7am about , the warmth displayed by Kimberly made me feel awake, like fresh blue mountain coffee, she efficiently and expeditiously was able to get me a room so I could be well rested. This is my second visit to Kapok hotel in 3 months and yes I will return. The housekeeping team , Amitra,who without hesitation got me a coffee maker as I prefer brewed coffee over instant. Kudos. Kapok is the place, close to the Savana for a nice stroll ,sit on one of the many benches and have a jelly coconut. Krave as usual big things, and I won’t forget the pizza I have on my first nite. Didn’t eat all, maybe they could consider selling/doing slices. Visit sweet tnt,stay at kapok,walk around the Savanah, a small plaza also close by where u can get other stuff. Just do it . "
