“This was an excellent location to host friends. We used the Acorn for a space to get ready for our wedding. We were able to have the wedding party stay with us without feeling on top of each other. There was enough space for the guys to get ready downstairs while we got ready with hair and makeup upstairs. The Acorn was great for pre ceremony photos too. “I was looking for a cabin to spend the weekend with my husband and 2 dogs. The cabin has a warm feel to it. It has games to play, hot tub and sauna. About 50 steps in the back yard is the fire pit then about 100ish steps to the pond. You can’t see the pond from the house but from the hot tub you can! “The property is fairly remote, which, to me, is especially nice! It was very welcoming and cozy. Maurine is a wonderful hostess meeting our needs and offering horse rides for my two grandkids.
