Ubicado en el complejo Casas del Sol, con dos habitaciones, ambas con aire acondicionado de control remoto eficiente recientemente instalado (que funciona con monedas) que también puede calentar (rara vez se necesita) 1 doble 1 doble. La recepción se encargará de usted a su llegada y le proporcionará la ropa de cama y la limpieza durante su estancia y lo ayudará con cualquier consulta. Amplio almacenamiento y perchas. Baño con ducha de esquina y lavadora. Amplio salón bien amueblado con sofá cama plegable. WiFi dedicado, TV por Internet con canales Freeview con todos los canales Sky HD, todo el Reino Unido, BT sport, Bein, etc., etc. y todos los canales de idiomas, reproductor de DVD / CD TV de pantalla plana de 40 "montado en la pared Área de cocina bien equipada que incluye m'wave, refrigerador, encimera y horno de tamaño completo. An enjoyable stay. The property was in a great location and was well equipped with excellent wi-fi connection. The site was quiet and the gardens well maintained. The only negative was that the property's sunbeds need updating.

Great location,quiet and chilled
Playa Blanca has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Excellent restaurants,loads of shops and bars with really good live entertainment. Casas de la Sol had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with TV, well equipped kitchen and lovely quiet lounge area, so we could choose whether to stay in or go out. Shared swimming pool great size and always got a sun lounger & not too busy. It's close to the sea and all amenities. The reception staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for us as we arrived very late in the night ,we had a very relaxed holiday would highly recommend & stay again.

Location of the property is excellent, staff in reception, cleaners and grounds people very friendly and efficient. Second to none. Pool was a bit cooler than expected being worked on to bring back solar panel max efficiency. Overall a great new experience.

Great location, excellent accommodation
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property is as described in the ad and had everything that we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable seating and a sunny outdoor space. It's a short walk to the promenade and just over a kilometre to Playa Flamingo beach. We had a problem with the wifi and really appreciated Les' swift response to help us resolve it. The property is quite close to the road but we did not find it in the least bit noisy; the complex as a whole is very quiet too, so perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Overall, we had a great holiday!

Absolutely Fabulous
Just back from 14 excellent days at Villa 7A Casas Del Sol. Our first trip abroad in 3 years, due to Covid, but well worth the wait. The property was amazing, exactly as advertised, and certainly lived up to our expectations and more. The villa is very well equipped and furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The Aircon was a huge benefit and was extremely cheap to run. The villa is so peaceful and quiet yet only a short walk to the supermarket and centre of Playa Blanca. The Casas Del Sol complex is really beautiful and so we'll maintained. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Communication with Les the owner was excellent throughout the booking process and beyond. We would definitely want to come back in the future, we've stayed in several villas in Playa Blanca but this was by far our favourite. Thanks again Les for renting us your villa, we had a wonderful time.

Great location
I want to start by saying that Casas del Sol is a beautifully kept complex in a great position. The pool area was lovely and of a good size with a nice pool temperature and if you timed it right managed to get sunbeds. We arrived at number 7A on Friday 19 August and we found everything to be absolutely fine. Maybe our only thought was that the double bedroom was a little on the small side, with not a lot of room around the bed, but this didn’t pose too much of a problem. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much welcomed as the weather was extremely hot and this was operated by euro coins. The best feature of the property for us was the very spacious terrace, providing a table with four chairs, as well as another seating area with coffee table and 4 sunbeds. We absolutely loved sitting on the terrace, and even though close to the road, we felt peaceful and chilled. However, things dramatically went downhill very quickly into our holiday and our peace was shattered. Unfortunately the adjoining property was having a full renovation and work was to continue for the remainder of our two week holiday. It was no longer private as there were builders coming and going right outside, and the noise was horrendous. What with dust flying over our terrace where we were not only sitting, but also having washing out was not great. The noise finally got so bad that we had no other choice than to ask reception if they could kindly find us alternative accommodation on the complex. Thankfully we were moved on Wednesday 24 August. Miscommunication led to this happening, and it caused a lot of upset and stress. Had we been notified of this building work before our arrival, then we most certainly would have found somewhere else to stay as we had free cancellation until 26 July. Hopefully future guests won’t have any problems and all in all it was a nice place to stay. We were just very unlucky at the time.

We have based ourselves at 7a for several restful holidays now. Without fail we have been delighted with the accommodation and associated facilities. It's proximity to the Playa Blanca harbour with its impressive restaurants, shops and promenade adds to the holiday experience!! We'll be back!!!

Abgewohntes Haus in einer guten Lage
Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage in Playa Blanca. Es liegt sehr nah zum Hafen, zum Zentrum sowie zum Supermarkt. Den Strand erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Anlage Casa del Sol ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und war im Januar 26 Grad warm. Leider ist das Haus ziemlich abgewohnt und die Einrichtung teilweise sehr alt. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit neuen Matratzen, die sehr bequem sind. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gab es ein Polster-Doppelbett (1,40 m), welches bei unserer Ankunft komplett mit Schimmel- und Stockflecken übersät war und sehr streng gerochen hat. Die Besitzer waren über den Zustand des Bettes überrascht, obwohl es bereits in einer anderen Bewertung im Jahr 2019 erwähnt wurde. 4 Tage später wurde ein neues Bett geliefert. . Für uns war es leider nicht sehr hilfreich, da wir nur einen Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen hatten und 4 Tage auf der sehr unbequem Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer schlafen mussten. Außerdem haben in diesen Zimmer die Schränke sehr alt und muffig gerochen, sodass wir unsere Kleidung im Koffer aufbewahren mussten. Wir haben die Besitzer nach einer angemessenen Preisminderung gefragt, auf die aber nicht eingegangen wurde. Man hat uns 10 % Rabatt für zukünftige Aufenthalte in Aussicht gestellt, die wir dankend abgelehnt haben, da wir nicht beabsichtigen dort erneut Urlaub zu machen. Wir würden die Anlage auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, aber nicht dieses Haus.

Great value property with everything you need
This property was great value. We only had 2 of us staying, one in each bedroom, but it had everything you needed to comfortably accommodate more. The air conditioning was really economical which was great as we definitely needed it. It was well situated with the Spar and a few bars close by. We didn't get any noise as a result though. The pool had plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. It was really clean and a good temperature. Les, the owner, contacted us ahead of our arrival to make sure arrangements were in place for us to get the keys. He also let us know that there was the option to vacate the property later on our last day. Although we had an early flight it was appreciated that he'd let us know anyway. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location and very helpful owner
The house is small but sublime - everything you need is provided, air con, loads of kitchen equipment, comfy beds and there is a twice weekly cleaner visiting with clean towels etc. Large communal pool - really warm, 25 degrees water temp. in January making it a genuine year-round pool. TV has more channels than you will ever need - all nationalities catered for - including Nat Geo, all the news feeds, loads of entertainment, documentary and film channels. WI-FI excellent, never failed us during our 12 day stay. Tennis courts are a bonus and reception even provide rackets and balls. Immediately across the road is a large Spar store with has everything you need (and more) and several bars and restaurants. The main town and promenade is about a 5 minute walk away and the fabulous Flamingo beach about 10 mins walk the other way. Unless you want to tour the island you do not need a car when staying here. We've stayed in this locality before and chose Casas del Sol especially because of it location and 7A didn't disappoint.

The perfect villa
Hi the villa is as described by Les the owner who goes out of his way to make sure everything is as you would like. Perfect for couples or a family of four, you can sunbath all day due to it been a south facing villa on one of the four sun loungers provided with cushions for extra comfort. There is also a bbq and chairs for meals outside or in if required with a spar shop across the road to get all your supplies. The T V is very good for all channels you could ever want to watch when you can’t handle the 😎 no more, all the latest movies, sports and soaps. The Air conditioning works a treat if you follow the instructions and cost very little to run, the communal pool is a good size and very quiet and pleasant. Also the positioning of the villa is perfect for walking into town to one of the amazing restaurants, only around a 300 yard walk. Walk the other way to flamingo beach which is about a 600 yard walk where there is also a choice of great restaurants. Stayed November 2019
