CASA INDEPENDIENTE. Piscina privada del complejo DEL, a veinte metros de un supermercado bien surtido con horno de pan. 150mt. de la playa de arena y el paseo marítimo con lugares turísticos, restaurantes y tiendas de las mejores marcas. La casa está equipada con un pequeño jardín y barbacoa. Una palmera alta, varias suculentas y aloe vera, terraza, caja fuerte, cocina con todos los accesorios para cocinar, horno microondas, horno, tostadora, etc. etcétera ENTRADA VIVA EN LA PLANTA BAJA; sofá con sceslong con dos camas adicionales, mesa y sillas extensibles para seis personas, TV satelital, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y lavabo PEQUEÑOS, UN dormitorio con dos camas, baño con ducha y retrete con bidet. PLANTA ALTA: UNA habitación doble, TV, pequeño balcón, baño con ducha, pequeña terraza-solarium con dos tumbonas.

Ideal location and spacious

Great spot in Puerto del Carmen, close to amenities, bars, restaurants and the beach. Only disappointment was not being able to use the sun terrace, which was included in the pictures when we booked, only advised on arrival that it's now classed as unsafe.

Great

Had a little 4 night stay here over carnival weekend and cant say anything negative about the place. On my own i felt safe, it was in a quiet area, and bed was comfy. Was nice to sit early morning or evening in the garden as was private. Thought the price i paid was fair for time of year. Tackling the stairs after one to many beverages was a task so a hand rail of sort wouldnt go a miss but apart from that, i liked the property and would stay again

Not entirely a described

Owing to a bad experience elsewhere, I now prioritise holiday homes with their own car parking. This home claims to have "parking" but actually that seems to mean (to the owner) that payment-free, on-street parking, somehow qualifies. In my opinion, it doesn't. Your mileage may vary (as they say).Other holiday homes I've rented in the Canaries have had satellite TV for entertainment: This home has an Internet streaming box: great, in principle, but the implementation has turned everything into "Pay-per-view" including (somehow) even humble-old YouTube. If you like to watch a little TV in the evenings, I suggest that you take your own Chromecast/Amazon Firestick/Whatever and just use the HDMI on the TV.Small point is that the rooftop sun bathing area has been closed, apparently due to safety concerns from the controlling authority.Finally: I had this holiday home booked for literally months in advance, yet somehow, i had to chase-up arrival information in the final few days, and didn't actually get information concerning accessing the property until I was actually in the air, flying from the UK to Lanzarote: the managing company "MR Lanzarote" accused me of being "stressed-out": I'd say "with some justification! "

Not like pictures show, electric kept tripping, had issues with water sometimes didnt have any, no tv in upstairs bedroom as stated, no sun lounges as stated. Very cold believe it or not plus all our clothes was damp. Plus 200 for 1 extra night was far too much but we didnt have anywhere else to stay but Jentile knew this

Lovely little villa

Villa had all that we need for the stay and situated in a good location, close to shops, beach and bars yet set back so you are away from all the hustle. Pool was a bit cold but can be expected this time of year the complex in its self was well maintained. Would definitely book again.

Good break, but the house is disappointing to say the least. Have stayed in better for less money. Location is good, small shop 2 mins away, main prom about 450m down hill. 1. Basic stuff - new batteries required for both clocks ! 2. Both sunbeds on the solarium require to be replaced as both ate broken, have no pads and are severely bleached by the sun causing everything to get a white coat is using 3. On entry, there's a cracked tile in the living area, there are more in the laundry area. 4. No instructions to locate the pool advertised 5. Sat TV - unable to work, lucky we carry our own firestick 6. Crockery in the kitchen - some cups chipped some stained, glasses.... 3 x wine and a couple of random small glasses 7. Utensils, nothing to stir a pot (seems like a moan and we used a spoon but all this adds up) 8. **AirCon ** is good.... but is only located UPSTAIRS, there is a fan for downstairs. 9. Kitchen is tired, as is the rest of the house - except both bathrooms, they have has a make over. pity the downstairs showerhead is only hung by one screw and its not that tight. 10. No banister on the stairs - not good if your not too steady on your feet. 11. Cockroaches - we seemed to have a plague of them to start with I think this list could be added to, but have spent enough time on what looks like a moan / rant. I have also checked back on previous reviews of which there are few - some of these items were recorded back as far as 2018 and still not resolved.

1) Schneller und guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Konnten auf Nachfrage eher einschecken, dieser war auch einfach. Problem mit dem Fernseher ( wegen Umstellung auf deutsche Programme ) wurde umgehend behoben. 2) Haus war für uns ok. Gute Lage. Ruhig und doch zentral. Alles da was man braucht. WLAN und Klimaanlage gut. Dusche ok. Angenehme Terrasse im Schatten. Im Haus könnte jedoch etwas renoviert werden und ein größerer Terrassentisch, der dann auch nicht wackelt, wäre gut.

Stay was great. 1 or 2 areas could have done with a better clean but overall the house was good. The issue we had was dealt with within 30 minutes which was really good. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

The house is located 5 mins from the beach and main street but is still very peaceful. The pool is clean and during our stay we were the only people who used it. Overall great value for money and we will hopefully stay again soon.

Excellent stay

Had a really great stay, property as described. Close to shops and bars. Couldn’t get the TV to show English channels but didn’t contact property owner for support (not a massive issue to us). Would definitely stay here again!

Schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Häuschen in perfekter Lage, sehr ruhig, gute Kommunikation vor Anreise und vor Ort, schnelle Hilfe, perfekte Lage sowohl zum Strand als auch Nachtleben !! Nachteilig ist etwas, dass die Hauptterasse (im Winter) keine Sonne hat, das obere Doppelbettschlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zur kleinen Sonnenterasse ist, die wiederum leider keinen Platz zum Essen und Sonnenschirm hat

Very secure house in good location

What’s good is this house has very good security, decent bathrooms on both levels, has a safe, great privacy. The main thing is Lanzarote is such a great place to visit, and this location is pretty good. So all ended well. We really enjoyed our hols we just had to get used to not having some home comforts. Luckily the house is close to a great beach so we went there. Not so good the communal residential pool wasn’t used that I could see, awful sun loungers and no atmosphere. Sun terrace on house roof gets marginal sun and no sun in garden, pity. House could do with bedside lamps and table lamp and a coffee table, offers little no comfort. These are repeated complaints that no one does anything about. There’s very poor communication with local help. I never got to see any UK TV despite being told I could, so I gave up messaging about it after 3 days. It wasn’t the WiFi fault, no Netflix, even though it’s a smart tv. Had to just change language on some Spanish channels. Disappointing!

Très bien située..

Maison très bien située. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied plage..restau..courses. La propriétaire est gentille et nous a permis d arriver un peu plus tôt en fonction de notre vol. Pour les plongeurs idéal club parlant français à 5mn en voiture. Température idéale en avril eau à 18. A refaire
