First, let me say that I took photos.
The first room, #331, we were assigned had dirty towels pushed up against the wall under the window. The floor was warped as water has been leaking in.
The second room, #133, was not in good repair. The blanket had cigarette burn marks. The tub caulking was moldy and there was rust around the drain. The vent in the bathroom was not working. Therefore, after showering the room became very damp and humid, even with the A/C on. The room was not very clean and lacking one facecloth.
We returned back after a very busy day and evening to find that the room was not made up hence no fresh towels. We went to the front desk, and they gave us towels, but again only one washcloth for the two of us. They said they could not find a second washcloth.
The halls were filthy, and bags of trash were out in front of the door of one room. They were not picked up during our stay. Again, I took photos. The ceiling tiles in the hallways were filthy and stained and someone ran communication wires along the ceiling like clothesline. The pool was cloudy. The Spa was empty. The grounds had trash that was not picked up during our stay.
Finally, this was a Ramada that was "transitioning" toto a Clarion hotel. We had a little trouble finding it, as the sign out front was still a Ramada sign. Had we known this was a Ramada, we would Not have booked it.
In all of our Domestic and International travel, we have only once before had to write a review such as this.
