Casa de piedra de 240 m2 con vista al mar en el archipiélago de Bréhat, la isla de Modez y pors Guyon. Acceso directo a la playa al final del jardín. Piscina climatizada durante todo el año, que se puede descubrir en verano. Ubicado en una aldea tranquila al pie de un lugar llamado Paraíso. Esta casa tiene 5 habitaciones, 4 con vistas al mar. En el corazón de un parque de 1.3 hectáreas, reina la calma. La terraza, la sala de estar y el comedor también dan al mar.

Grande maison avec vue magnifique
Maison parfaite pour notre séjour en famille. La vue est incroyable et l’emplacement permet aussi bien de parcourir le sentier côtier que de visiter les attractions alentour (Paimpol, l’abbaye de Beauport, Bréhat…). Bonne communication avec Alan, le propriétaire. Je recommande.

Schöne Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen
Das Haus liegt sehr schön oberhalb der Meeresbucht mit Blick auf die île de Brehat, auf einem sehr schönen zum Meer abfallenden Grundstück mit kleinem Wald und großer Wiese. In der näheren Umgebung ist außer spazieren gehen nichts geboten. Das Haus ist von außen typisch bretonisch, innen leider in die Jahre gekommen, Löcher in den Wänden die bei schummriger Beleuchtung wie Spinnen aussehen, Esszimmer dunkel, Kamin nicht zu benutzen, Ledermöbel im Wohnzimmer haben bessere Zeiten erlebt. Im Wintergarten ist der neue Tisch mit eine Plastikdecke abgedeckt. Die Küche leicht klebrig, Messer und Pfannen wie in fast jedem Ferienhaus kaum nutzbar. Die Schlafzimmer im OG sind bis auf eines klein, wenig Ablagen , sehr weiche Matratzen, auch nur 160 breit für Doppelbett. Bettwäsche leider aus Kunstfaser. Ein Zimmer ist sehr schön groß mit toller Aussicht und großem Bad. Leider können die anderen Bewohner das Bad nicht mitbenutzen wenn dort jemand schläft, weil es sich hinter der Zimmertür befindet. Das 2. Bad im OG ist dunkel und nur mit Badewanne. Im EG ist noch ein Bad mit Dusche. Im Keller ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Fenster, das durch die Waschküche zugänglich ist. Der Pool ist mit einer elektrischen Abdeckung und einer Haube versehen, so dass ein eben mal Reinspringen nicht so leicht möglich ist. Man soll ihn auch immer abdecken. Bei uns war das Wetter nicht sehr schön und für 8 Personen die sich dann immer im Haus bevorzugt im Glasanbau aufhalten, auch eingeschränkt.

Great Location for a Family Holiday
Wonderful location. Super views. Swimming pool. Walks from the house. Beach when the tide is in at bottom of garden. Other great sandy beaches 10 minutes away. Idyllic. The gravel track was a pain in an ordinary saloon car.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend und wunderschön. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison was man bei den resteraunt bemerkt hat. Auch die letzten 100 Meter zum Haus waren wie beschrieben. Ein wirklich Anwesen dass man gerne hätte. Alles in allem perfekt. Danke euch alan für die schöne Zeit

Fijn huis mer spectaculair uitzicht
Ideaal vakantiehuis voor ons gezin met veel mogelijkheden voor wandelingen en uitstapjes in de buurt. De serre met prachtig uitzicht op zee was op frissere dagen een uitkomst! Bij goed weer kan overal in de mooie tuin en bij het zwembad van de zon worden genoten. Een klein verbeterpunt is de verlichting in de serre en boven de pooltafel. Ook is de Wifi niet overal even sterk. Maar allesoverheersend is het steeds wisselende spectaculaire uitzicht!

Superbe maison !
Dès l'arrivée dans la maison, on est fasciné par la vue ! Prendre son ptit déj tous les matins en regardant la mer est un privilège incroyable ! La maison est très agréable à vivre avec des espaces de liberté pour chacun (nous étions 11). Bcp de rangements et bien sûr la piscine, le billard, le ping pong que jeunes et moins jeunes ont apprécié. L'accès au sentier du littoral au pied de la maison est un + pour découvrir la côte magnifique ! Alan est un hôte très agréable, réactif, avec qui la communication fut aisée. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Superbe vue, très calme. Piscine très appréciable et appréciée malgré une météo plutôt fraiche. Des hôtes qui se sont montrés disponibles et prévenants. De nombreuses balades et visites à proximité. Les préférés des enfants: Bréhat et l'excursion aux 7 iles.

Traum-Haus, traumhafter Urlaub
Traumhaftes Haus an traumhafter Bucht mit traumhaften Blick... Sehr schönes Haus, sehr großzügig, mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Urlauben braucht. Tolle Zimmer mit Blick auf den Strand, viel Platz zum Abhängen, zum Lesen und Herunterkommen. Bei schlechtem Wetter bietet der Wintergarten viel Platz und einen großen/langen Tisch für alle, mit Blick auf's Wasser. Bei gutem Wetter gibt es viel Platz am und im Pool. Im großzügigen Außenbereich gibt es einen großen Tisch für 10 Personen. Großer Grill Die Küche ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet, hier macht das Kochen Spaß. Im Außenbereich ist viel Platz für alle PKWs (wir sind mit 3 Fahrzeugen angereist). In der Garage, die für PKWs nicht vorgesehen ist, - hier steht eine Tischtennisplatte mit allem Zubehör - finden aber eventuell mitgebrachte oder ausgeliehene Räder viel Platz. Alles in allem handelt es sich hier um ein liebevoll geführtes Haus, sehr gepflegt, einfach wunderschön.Die Übergabe mit Nathalie und Serge war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und beide wären notfalls nur einen Anruf entfernt gewesen Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die/der unwegsame Straße/Weg von der Hauptstraße zum Grundstück: unbefestigte, ausgewaschene Fahrspuren mit z. T. tiefen Schlaglöchern, der Weg ist kaum breiter als ein Auto, den Park-Assistenten mussten wir ausschalten... mit einem SUV kein Problem, mit allen anderen Wagen eine Zumutung! Aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub in einem Traum-Haus. Vielen Dank dafür...

The best holiday we have ever had!
We cannot fault this property. It exceeded our expectations in every way! The house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The view of the sea is just stunning and changes every 5 minutes. It was amazing to sit and watch all the boats, paddleboarders etc. The pool was the main highlight for us, You can keep the cover over it for safety when you are not using it and when they weather isn't warm, the shelter over the top keeps it nice and warm. It location was exactly what we were looking for. It was rural and very quiet. The local towns provided loads of places to eat and the Paimpol market on Tuesday was just brilliant for everyone! The house itself has everything you could need: two washing machines and two dryers (though we never really figured out the dryers properly!!) The pool table and table tennis table provided entertainment for all. We all enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and eating in the conservatory or outside when the weather was good. As a party of 9, there was plenty of space for everyone. There are plenty of places nearby to shop with everything you could need; even a Lidl (You must try the local Paimpol cider!) Alan came to visit a couple of times to welcome up and to say goodbye and provided us with ideas for things to do during our stay. Alan's communication was quick and thorough and we cannot wait to come back next year. Thank you Alan!

Fabulous!
We had the pleasure of staying in this property in June 2023. We were 2 families and had plenty of space indoors and out. The house itself was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The bedrooms were all spacious and had good storage, with all except the basement room having sea views. The master suite was especially luxurious with fantastic views. Some prior reviews said that the basement room was not suitable, but we found it to be more than sufficient and comfortable and was a great hideout for the eldest 'child' in our group (who is 20). The outdoor space is what makes this property very special. The pool was lovely and having a removable roof was very handy with the changeable Brittany weather. We were able to enjoy the pool all week despite the weather not always being very warm. The barbecue area, indoor and outdoor terraces were ideal spots to enjoy the views of the wonderful gardens and coast. The location of the house is quite remote, the local village of Paradis doesn't have any shops or restaurants but Pleubian (less than 10 minutes drive) has everything you would need. There is plenty to explore in the local area as long as you have transport. Overall we had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to re-book or recommend to friends.

Chambres avec vue ….
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alan et avons été très bien accueillis par Nathalie et Serge. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et jouit d’une vue exceptionnelle sur Bréhat. La piscine (chauffée) est grande et peut être utilisée même en cas de pluie grâce à son dôme. La cuisine est bien équipée, la bibliothèque fournie et les canapés confortables… Le sentier du littoral (au bout du jardin fleuri) est propice à de superbes randonnées. La région est superbe…. Le combo gagnant pour des vacances réussies 👍
