“Booked this to get away from the stress of our jobs. This cabin provided for a relaxing week. The owner provided all the necessary starter supplies even more so than a hotel including toothpaste, soap ,mouthwash. While just off of the road this cabin provided more quiet than any other we have stayed at (you feel secure and alone). The back deck was very serene and allowed for pleasant mornings to enjoy coffee. Would recommend for anyone wanting some quiet nights.”

“This was the perfect retreat for a weekend away with my roller-coaster enthusiast of a son. The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for. The only input I would give is that I found hair on the bed and hair on the extra blanket provided on the bed (yuck). There was also some crusty food on some of the utensils and dishes. “The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...
