Esta hermosa casa de campo está situado en la cala donde pasar horas disfrutando de la naturaleza que le rodea. Podrá contemplar en el parque, tomar un paseo por la naturaleza, o disfrutar de un picnic. La cabina cuenta con 3 dormitorios y una zona de bonificación y 3 baños. Esta casa de lujo para 8 personas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño king con baño completo, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama tamaño queen con baño completo y el dormitorio tres tiene una cama completa con baño completo. El área extra tiene un sofá plegable que se convierte en una cama queen size. Hay un bonito escritorio frente a la ventana con vistas al parque para ofrecerle una vista tranquila si necesita consultar los correos electrónicos o trabajar durante su estancia. El nivel principal de la sala de estar tiene hermosos techos abovedados. La cocina y el comedor están bien decoradas y son amplias. Esta casa tiene una planta libre con pisos de madera, alfombra y el piso de arriba, una decoración moderna relajante. Disfruta de la televisión con Netflix, elenco de Google Chrome e Internet. Beautiful surroundings made the weekend getaway perfect in this wonderful spacious house!
Secluded clean house with lots of room to sleep and hangout. The kitchen was very well stocked. Firepit and hot tub were a big bonus! We loved the neighborhood and peaceful mornings in nature. Planning to return next year!

We had a wonderful time and this house was perfect for 6 adults. We are all in our 60’s & 70’s so we had a little bit of trouble get all our bags & supplies in because of the steps but otherwise wouldn’t change a thing.

The Gift!
We decided to gift our children experiences vs. things. This property is located very close to our boat slip rental space, so we rented it for a month for our two sons and their families as well as ourselves. Everyone could "move in" their food, clothes, etc. and just show up on the weekends or whenever they were able too. The location was only a 45 minute drive for us. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the front steps were in need of repair. I called the manager about it and they responded quickly. We just avoided the steps and used the back entry for safety. We had a great summer and would certainly recommend this Cottage! BJ

Clean and Comfortable!
Our stay was one of the most clean and comfortable rental experiences I have had! The house was spotless and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area/kitchen was the perfect size for our group (6 adults and a 2-year-old). Hot tub was clean. Each closet had extra pillows and linens. The best room was the screened in porch! We enjoyed it morning and night for coffee and conversation. Water pressure was awesome - each en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower/bath combo. In all - a great place to stay. We will try to book again next summer.

Graduation Getaway
We celebrated our granddaughter’s college getaway. (Two granddaughters, one mom, grandpa and grandma.) This place was perfect for a day in Nashville and a day hiking in the state parks. We could prep several meals in the awesome kitchen. The girls loved all of the bathrooms! The porch was perfect for family chats.

Annual retreat
Impressed with the house and the 4 bathrooms for 8 women! Instructions stated not to trust the gps to get to the house. Suggest removing that statement. I used the gps and got to house fine. My friends used the instructions given and got lost. Instructions said to turn on Bay when it should have been bayside. Celebrating Christmas and wished the place was decorated for the holidays a bit. The downstairs master bath and the room upstairs king size bed bathroom outlets wouldn’t work Nedd to let people know it’s the bathroom with bunks that has the reset button for all 3 bathrooms. Overall very nice and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway house near center hill marina.
This house was perfect for a getaway and we would absolutely book it again. For a house surrounds by trees it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and every room having an en suite was fantastic. We all commented on the great water pressure. Ha! Loved the hot tub. Used it multiple times and my only wish for the whole weekend was for some towel hooks nearby. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to come back!

This home was beautiful and well-appointed. There was a problem with large green flies, but I believe they came from the full trash can out back. The floors needed sweeping. However, it is a wonderful house in a beautiful location. There were 2 double bunk beds that were not on the original listing.

Great location and space for family.
Our family (6 adults/3 children under age four) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbor cottage. The house provides ample room with a spacious kitchen/dining area, plenty of seating, comfy beds, (smallest room is full size bed, not queen) and three private baths. The kitchen exceeds expectation in stocked and quality of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, serving utensils, drinking glasses and cutting knives. The location offered a peaceful getaway close to the marina and Storybook Trail which my 4-year-old granddaughter loved. I personally enjoyed sitting out on screened porch early in the morning with a cup of coffee. IF you are a coffee drinker be aware there is no coffee maker on site, only a Keurig with no pods. I double checked previous comments, and confirmed with property manager before arrival. We brought our own coffee maker and coffee. Enjoy! Kim

Great place to stay and very cozy
The laundry outside cover was broke and cigarette butts were around the hot tub- the pantry smelled terrible and I could have been dusted , rugs in bathroom washed and outside pressure washed and gutters cleaned out. Over all we recommend it it just needs some TLC outback.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property. The location to Center Hill Marina can't be beat. Note that the property has a Keurig, so plan on packing some K cups or making a drive towards Smithville to find some.

Tennessee Getaway
The pictures of the house do not accurately represent how nice the house is in my opinion. Every piece of furniture was very comfortable and clean. Check in was a breeze. We were looking for something quiet and relaxing and we got that here. The neighborhood is very private and quiet and all of the homes are very nice. The location was good for us, it was an easy drive to Nashville and other local spots. Overall, it was an excellent retreat to the woods.

Okay stay could’ve been better
We had a nice stay however the property had a few areas that could be addressed. Lighting inside the home was really dim even with table lamps on as well. Lighting outside the cabin left several dark areas making it sketchy to walk when unloading after dark. Master bedroom had stains on comforter. There several splatter marks on the walls in the kitchen and master bathroom. Mattresses are older (or cheaper) and the springs make for an uncomfortable nights sleep All of the rooms don’t heat/cool evenly. When we arrived it was cooler and we ran the heat. Master bedroom was an oven, living room felt like walking into a cooler while the two rooms upstairs never really warmed up.

Beautiful and comfortable house with a few glitches
This house is lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed and fun to prepare meals in. The furnishings and linens were also good for us. Bathrooms were well supplied and nicely arranged. The place was not as clean as it could have been- not well vacummed and coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, for example. The icemaker in the new refridgerator didn't work- had we known we'd have brought ice with us- would be nice to have some ice provided until it is fixed. (quite a distance back to stores for anything). And we were unable to figure out how to use the TV and "all its options" and when we called for help someone showed up but didn't know anything more than we did about how to get channels or movies. It is a lovely home, just a little more TLC to make it an excellent experience.
