“Really lovely few days in this fantastic cottage. It’s got everything you need for a getaway. “Had a lovely last minute visit with 2 friends. Beautiful moonlight over the lake, meals on the deck and swims in the lake. We canoed, paddle boarded and biked in the area - 5 kms to the recreational trail. Ceiling in the loft is probably low for most adults. Scott was very easy to communicate with”

“From when I checked in to when I left I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The space was lovely! I really liked that the kitchen/dining room area was separate from the livingroom/sleeping area. The place was very clean and tidy. I spent tbe majorly of my stay around the Arnprior area, so the location was perfect. And the view!!!!! The Ottawa river never fails to impress, and the leaves changing colour made it that much better! I would happily recommend the space to anyone i know. ”

“We arrived just before sunset and we were so happy to find such a beautiful home . Our dog had a blast getting his zoomies out in the back yard and the kids made themselves at home in the kitchen making dinner . Our night took a great turn when my teenager asked to play scrabble ! Rarely happens. The electronics were all turned off voluntarily and we enjoyed the fire, dinner and scrabble . Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. ”

The house is well equipped, Alex is an excellent host and our stay was everything we hoped for and more.
