“Cute, clean, nice location.We checked in, quite easily around 5:30 and left by 10 am, so we didn't spend much time on the house. The location is great, easy to get to downtown Lakeland and surrounding parks.Layout is a bit odd....you access one bedroom either through the first bedroom or a hallway from the laundry room.”

The flooring is falling apart and coming separated from one another, the outside is not well kept and dirty, the dishwasher isn’t even mounted to the cabinets or the counter top! “At first I was unsure about staying anywhere but a hotel while I’m on business but this experience was so great that I continued my stay another 2 weeks. There is so much less hassle and guess work. The hosts did a great job disseminating information prior to arrival. Other guests were very respectful of the house rules and friendly. A lot of shops and restaurants are within walking distance, especially one of my favorites Chipotle.”

“Property very updated. Cabinets were labeled which really helped when looking for something. Very spacious and comfortable room with projection screen for TV. Bedrooms were a good size. Pool was refreshing. Our 4 year old enjoyed the toy train set that was there. We would definitely stay here again. ”
