The property is bigger than the pictures depict. It is clean, which is the MOST important aspect of a property for me. My kids loved having their own bedrooms and private bathrooms. I thought the third bedroom had two twin beds, but I believe they are doubles. All the bedrooms are very roomy, including the two upstairs. The bedrooms upstairs also have good views of the mountains, which you can't see from the photos. There's also plenty of space outside, next to the units if you bring a dog.
We would stay again, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The couches are old and uncomfortable, although they don't look that bad. There is sort of a campy odor to the place, but I am pretty sensitive to that and it didn't bother me after the initial entrance. It's possible no one had been in the unit in a while, so it just needed airing out. The deck with the unit we got is off to the side, and frankly we didn't use it because the furniture was so old, and the cement floor was peeling. It wasn't a pleasant place to sit. The beds are okay, but not great. However, I appreciate the use of hotel quality comforter covers, so you know they have been washed. The window trim is beautiful in this unit. There are curtains in all the bedrooms, but no shades of any sort in the other living areas. If someone was on the deck in the next door unit, they could have looked directly in at us sitting in the living room. No one was there, so it wasn't an issue. This is not the fault of the property, but if you walk back from town after dark, there are no lights on the road to the unit, so be sure you have your flashlight ready to go. If you are someone looking for a new space, this is probably not for you. If you appreciate a little character and a campy feel, and you want to walk to town easily, it should work out just fine.
