“My sister and I were there to watch my granddaughter’s competition over the weekend. We were not a fan of the cassette toilet, nor the sleeping area in the loft reachable by a ladder. Would be perfect for younger people, not 70 year olds unless it was a single as there is a downstairs sleeping area for 1. The location was excellent and the property was very nice.”

“Marilyn's place was the perfect location to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs on the golf cart that was provided. The house was clean the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (but we really didnt use it). If you forgot something the house was sure to have it. Very quiet neighborhood we hardly seen anyone around. The only complaint I have was the bed was to hard for our liking.. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space. “We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square.”
