“We have stayed in this condo before. We like this location in the ozarks. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a wonderful view of the water and boats. The ducks and turtles can be entertaining. Even though there is alot of stairs this is a favorite condo in southwood shores. The owners are very nice and helpful. We will be returning next fall ”

“I had an event close to here, thought this was as good a place as any. I was wrong. This place was amazing. I am very harsh on my reviews. Very clean, peaceful, you wake up and actually see the lake with your head still on your pillow. Oh and where did they get mattresses that comfy? I am already planning a trip back here! The property manager is great and friendly. I stand by this place. Give it a shot, you won’t retreat it!”

“This place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. They had the condo completely stocked with everything including two folding twin memory foam mattresses, many soft oversized blankets, batteries, scissors, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, beach towels, first aid kit, movies, books, laundry supplies, cooking tools, kids toys, and more! The screened in porch kept the bugs away. The coffee maker can a place for Kurdish cups or traditional ground coffee. There was an extra fridge...

“This place is as pictured and as described. The only reason for a 4 star is the amount of active spiders, webs and balls. They are active this time of year but i think a quick sweep and spray every couple days could control them better. Was hard to enjoy the balcony and open up doors.”

“Stay was ok. Property needs to be cleaned better, the balcony was disgusting. Bird poop on the table, spiders, spider webs, and insects everywhere. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony AT ALL. Recommend putting more than one tv in the whole place for the price that it’s being charged, tv lost connection SEVERAL times. Found a “8 of spades” card on top of the curtain rod in the living room. Like the stay was alright, but it needs some attention.”
