Esta casa frente al lago recién renovado fue diseñado con la diversión de la familia en mente! Ya se trate de la natación, kayak, ver películas en el sótano, que se en una hamaca, acurrucarse junto a la chimenea o asar s'mores alrededor de la fogata.

La casa está situada en una acogedora cala, caja fuerte con un gran muelle desde el que disfrutar del lago. Grandes vistas de aguas abiertas de lote. Home está idealmente ubicado en el lado deseable de Richland del lago, que ofrece las aguas más claras, a solo dos minutos en bote, ya sea del lujoso Ritz-Carlton Resort o del famoso banco de arena del Lago Oconee.

La planta principal cuenta con techos de 20 pies-altos, nuevos pisos de madera y una pared de ventanas con vistas al lago. La sala de estar de la familia incluye una chimenea, TV montada, comedor y muebles sacó junto con el ojo de un decorador. Totalmente equipado y cocina actualizada con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, microondas, máquina de hielo, lavavajillas y cafetera. Utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas ... incluso toallas de playa!

La suite principal de arriba tiene su propia zona de lectura de baño completo y altillo con dos plazas. Cama principal es un rey de California y dormitorio incluye dos camas empotradas dobles para las familias con los más pequeños. Dos dormitorios se encuentran en la planta principal, ambos con camas queen.

En el sótano hay una gran sala de estar, chimenea, y el cuarto dormitorio. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama litera con una cama de tamaño completo en la parte inferior, una cama doble en la parte superior, y una cama nido doble debajo. El sótano se abre al patio con un pozo de fuego a pocos pasos del lago.

A las afueras de la puerta del sótano es un cobertizo lleno de juguetes divertidos como tubos, fideos, kayak y chalecos salvavidas. ¡Ayúdense ustedes mismos! Además, tenemos un par de bicicletas en la mano para su disfrute.

Esta casa es la escapada perfecta para parejas, familias, individuos o los fines de semana de chicas. Más allá del lago, este lugar ofrece muchas atracciones cercanas, como: Mejor valorados campos de golf en Georgia, spa de lujo Ritz, de la Universidad del fútbol de Georgia, ciudad histórica de Madison, Augusta National Golf Club y restaurantes cercanos pendientes.

Family Vacay
The property is great for those who have children who can sleep in the bunk beds. The downstairs was a great inside play area for the children too. The grands enjoyed the water toys purchased from Amazon. They were able to raft, kayak on their inflatable rafts and paddle board on their inflatable paddle board. Being able to use our boat was great so they also could ski and tube. Morning, afternoon and evening boat rides were enjoyed by young and old! Enjoyed the fire pit and made s’mores! Owner was available via texts if needed and left lots of helpful information.

Great house and location
Wonderful house on a great lot right on the lake. Clean and great patios upstairs and down stairs. The fire pit was wonderful wish we could have stayed longer.

Mother/Daughter trip to Lake Oconee
This house was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to the lake for a long weekend. The layout of the house worked great for our group. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and games available in the basement. The quiet cove where the house is located was great for relaxing on a raft or kayaking. The owner was also very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great for the whole family
We were delighted with this home on a quiet cove, it’s proximity to dining options/Publix/boat rental, the beauty of the area and the courteous and responsive communications of the owner. Our kids loved the daily routine of kayaking from the dock and our card games on the deck. We would surely return for another stay here on Lake Oconee.

Family friendly lake house
We loved our stay - grandparents, parents, and four kids aged 5-11. Easy drive from Atlanta. The house was fully stocked with all of the basics - and more! The lower level with the bunk beds was perfect for children - so many games and toys. We loved the kayaks and tubes. My in-laws loved the two minute boat ride to the Ritz. And we all loved the view of the lake from the living room windows and on the porch. Alfredo was extremely helpful and did all he could to ensure we had a great vacation. We hope to return!

Relax and Unwind
My family visited Alfredo’s property for a five nights stay. The location in the cove of the lake is perfect if you have small children and want to avoid boat traffic. We found the layout of the house particularly helpful, because each branch of the family could have a floor with some privacy. This house is full of fun with a ping pong table, multiple games, and foosball. The outdoor fire pit is great for a night of s’mores and chatting. We loved the family-friendly set up, and our host was there for everything we needed. I would book this property again.

Beautiful views!
Beautiful home to spend the holidays in, by the fire, with the family. Gorgeous lake views and well maintained property. The Ritz Carlton was just across the lake and a great place to take the family for a delicious meal or just to walk the grounds and take in the festive holiday decor. Due the the holiday it was really the only place open. The owner was extremely accommodating and made our visit a great one!

Loved our stay!
The house is beautiful! Spacious and nicely decorated. Guests’ ages ranged from 12-92. It was great having two bedrooms on the main floor for those who cannot handle stairs. Our son spent every day fishing from the dock. The kayaks were a nice bonus too to go out and explore the lake. We only left a few times to go to the grocery store, play golf and to the jet ski rental spot, all only 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend this house. Great communication with the owner. Hope to return in the future.

Exceptional property on the lake
This is a great property located on the lake exactly as advertised on the site. Alfredo is a very receptive host who kept in touch and was available when we needed him- whether for local taxis or for how to operate the cable box. We were there for Masters' week so were not in the property a lot- so unfortunately did not use it to its full potential. The deck with chairs, the firepit in the back of the house or the seating area by the dock on the lake went largely unused but is there for anyone to use. The living area inside is generous, well lit and with a kitchen right there to make it very homely. The bathrooms were nice and clean with clean towels and sheets. We would love to come back here and use the place properly.

Very well equipped house ! Incredible lake view! You never know what you need at a vacation rental home. This home has it all and then some . The only negative is we couldn’t stay longer ! We rented a boat and had a great time on the lake .

Great Stay
The property was everything as advertised and more. Alfredo was a great host, made himself available to answer any questions and provided a ton of helpful information about the area/things to do. The location was great, close to the sandbar if you’re renting a boat. We plan on going back next year!

Absolutely best location on the lake
My family just returned from a 5 night stay at this property. You couldn't ask for a better location on the lake. This area will not have boats speeding by, so you can relax as you swim around and enjoy the serenity. The house is lovely! There were 4 adults and one kid, and we had so much room. Here is my advice though. 5 nights was not enough time. That was our only mistake. There is so much to do in the area. We rented a pontoon boat for tubing, jets skis, kayaks etc. Heed my advice and book for at least a week. We would return in a heartbeat!!! I Highly recommend this beautiful house.
