Great Property
This is our second stay at this property. Both were great. It’s especially good if you’re bringing kids given the fantastic amenities available for them, including a separate game and movie room.

Another 5 star stay!
This is our second visit to this property. It's got everything we need and even better this time (new hot tub and even more thoughtful touches by the host). Comfy bed in the master, great for my 81 yo mother. Can't beat the views and proximity to everything. My nephew and his dad had a great time playing the video games. We'll likely come again!

Wonderful townhome in the heart of Lake Lure!
We had a wonderful time here. The views of the lake and mountains are wonderful. Wished we would’ve stated longer and plan to visit again and will definitely plan on staying here again. Everything was as expected, plenty of things for cooking, games for kids and views for enjoyment.

Awesome view and condo!
This condo was beautiful and in the perfect location for great views of the lake and mountains. Also great location for Chimney Rock State Park. Trust me and go ahead and book this place! Thanks Susan for a great stay!

Nicely decorated and clean condo. We loved the location being so walkable to restaurants and the lake attractions. The condo had every we needed for a family get away. Would highly recommend.

Clean and classy place.
When we arrived we were really impressed with this condo. We have visited Lake Lure many times. This is the first time we stayed in this condo. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. They’re were so many small touches that just really made this place special. It’s decorated great. The kids playroom is awesome. They were well stocked on board games. Plenty of pans, dishes..etc. everything worked great. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this rental. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Next time we visit Lake Lure I would love to rent this condo again. It was perfect.

We spent a long weekend at this wonderful property. It was spotless & the pics don’t do it justice. It’s got tons of space, professionally decorated & full of anything you could want/need at your stay. Communication with owner easy & super quick reply to any questions. Peacefulness nestled in the mountains
To summarize, the property is located across from Lake Lure's prominent lake beach. You are 2 min walking to the lake lure beach as well as food establishments. I looked forward to every morning being able to grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning view from the back deck and each evening as the sun set. The property was super clean, kitchen had everything you needed if you decided you wanted to grab groceries and cook in, and plenty of space for downtime. We were a group of 7, 3 adults and 4 kids, and we had no issues with space. We never felt like we were on top of each other. And location was awesome. We were 10 min from chimney rock (if that), 30 min from downtown Hendersonville, 5 min from a grocery store, and food establishment surrounded you in all directions. If I had to sit down and really gripe about something, I would probably speak to 2 things. One, To take trash out to the directed location, you have to walk all the way around, down the hill, and back up the road in front of the property to drop off. If possible, a shorter route would be highly recommended. But also understandable if it couldn't be done. Its not the end of the world and your talking a few min to walk all the way down and back, just not convenient. Two, the parking as it could feel a bit tight being on the end and not a lot of space to maneuver your car in and around. And the property does not give you access to their garage for parking. But even with all that said, the property is a 5/5, extremely clean, well kept, furnished appropriately, the hosts respond timely if you have any questions. You couldn't ask for a better place to rent in the area. Apparently we had neighbors, but you couldn't tell. They were so quiet. I almost worried that maybe we were too loud at times. I would definitely rent again without giving it a second thought.

Magnificent!!!
We were attending a wedding at the Lake Lure Inn and wanted a more private place to stay away from all the wedding guests. The Perch was perfect!!! From the minute you open the front door and see the beautiful mountain and lake views you begin to relax. The townhouse is beautifully appointed, spacious with numerous areas of separation, we were three adults and loved the amount of space. The porches have fabulous views, beds were comfortable, high open ceilings, internet was great (Lake Lure is known for no or spotty internet service, so this was VERY important) . We did not get to enjoy all of the amenities available at the Perch, due to the wedding, but we would love to come back in the future. Our host was easy to communicate with and as mother of the groom, I was a little stressed and forgetful, so I appreciated her quick responses. This place is a hidden GEM, the pictures do not do it justice. I HIGHLY recommend The Perch.♥️

Great Location - Beautiful Condo!
The whole family enjoyed our stay. Right at Lake Lure beach and in between 2 restaurants! Condo is well-appointed, comfy beds, nice views... there's only all the nice things to say about this place. Like almost all places in Lake Lure cell phone service is spotty but WiFi in condo is great. Very good chance we will book this again in the future. If you want to be right in Lake Lure beach area with great mtn views.... just book this place, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful view and great location
My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary here and had a wonderful time. Beautiful condo with a great view of lake lure, the lake lure Inn and surrounding mountains. The property was spotless and very well taken care of. We had no problems at all. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom is one of the most comfortable I have slept in. I love the sheets on that bed. The hottub was a very nice relaxing end to the day. The location is great for restaurants and shopping in Chimney Rock and Lake Lure.. The property is just as described and I would recommend it to others.

Lovely Property
I rented the condo for family members traveling from out of state to a wedding at the Lake Lure Inn, which was fully booked. They thought it was lovely, with comfy beds, great furnishings and amenities, and spectacular views. It was a 6-minute walk to the Inn and an even shorter walk to several restaurants. The owners were extremely attentive, calling out of concern when my guests arrived a day later than the booking date to make sure all was well. (They even offered to refund me for the night we didn’t stay in the condo! How kind is that!) This was a great experience and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

AMAZING! STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND BOOK IT!!!!
Location location location! Deck overlooking the lake is a great place to relax. CLEANEST property we’ve ever stayed in. Fully stocked with everything you don’t know you need until you get there. Beautifully decorated and renovated. Awesome kids room and video game nook for the older kids. 1 minute walk to a restaurant and a cool market and grill. My wife and I must have said to each other a dozen times a day “I can’t believe how great this is!” We will absolutely be back. Like the title says: just book it!

Wonderful place!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo which was spacious, meticulously clean, beautifully decorated, and a convenient 5-10 minute walk from the Lake Lure beach and ice cream shop! Loved the view of the lake, mountains, and Chimney Rock from the deck. Very convenient having the Italian restaurant next to the condos and also the Lake Lure Market and Grill a 5 minute walk away. Susan and Pete were very easy to work with and they provided welcome extras like shampoo, soap, and laundry detergent! Would definitely stay at this rental again.

Great home at a convenient location
The perch was a really nice place to spend some get-away time. The location is really good for getting to the beach, walking to dinner, or getting to chimney rock. Great view from the deck. The house is very tastefully decorated with lake/bird theme. Classy and not overdone. I really appreciate the little things they’ve done for a rental: USB on many power receptacles in the kitchen and bedroom (leave your power bricks at home), TVs with roku in guest mode, keyless door lock, and the right utensils and dishes to make a rental house useful. For this trip it was way more house than necessary for 2 of us, but I’d be looking to come back here if I had a 2 family vacation planned. The bunk room + game room is super cool.

Fantastic Rental!
Beautifully renovated, meticulous, fully stocked condo in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, ice cream shop, and several restaurants was a plus. Check-in process was seamless. Communication with the owner was prompt. Our family had everything we needed plus more. Highly recommend!
